large bathroom superb shower. excellent meals and no hanging about, lots of antique furiture, hotel built in 1825 right in the centre of the market town, they also do self catering in the former servant lodges & stable rooms

The staff very friendly and helpful, the actual building "beautiful". As a short stay, overnight or two, I would stay again. I am agolfer and play on Anglesey 2/3 times a year, for that activity the hotel is not up to standard.

This could be a very good hotel. It needs urgent decoration and modenisation,in line with the buildings grade status. The dining facilities are very poor and the furniture most uncomfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and comfortable for our two night stay. The hotel is in an ideal location to explore the whole of Anglesey and we would definitely return for another stay.

Staff was very dedicated, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was local and tasty. Room was in good condition.

The manager (?) did his very best to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room (no. 20 in courtyard) was very pleasant, clean and quiet.

place was tatty. Arrived after 21.00 due to road conditions. Hotel reteraunt was closed. Would not even provide a basic sandwitch. Booked a room with a 4 poster bed and spa bath. We were informed not to switch the bath on as the motar had broken. Walls were paper thin and could not sleep due to a child crying in the next room. Staff were not friendly stating they had been on duty since 06.30 that morning. Have never beforwe complained about a hotel but this really was the pitts.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good pub food. The breakfast bacon was some of the best I've ever had. A couple of well-kept real ales. Very convenient for the Anglesey Archives where I was researching.

Long climb to top floor. Dated bathroom/ bedroom. Only (expensive) single malt whiskies available and the barman didn't understand the term 'blended'.

Brilliant customer service with a very warm Croeso! Staff couldn't have been more attentive and the Manager exceeded all visitor expectations. Good sensibly priced food (amazing chips!!) also local fresh bread and meat - just perfect Parking on site and well appointed rooms with every facility

My Family and I have stayed at The Bull for four years in a row now en- route to Xmas in Ireland. It's perfect for the ferry, friendly, relaxed and has everything a traveling family need for a revitalising stop-over.

Very convenient to all of Anglesy and North Wales. Site of a stay by Jonathan Swift in the 18th century.
