Score from 131 reviews Superb
very welcoming and frindly staff, nicely decorated but little bit small room excellent restaurant
quite noisy towards the backyard due to festivities (weddings, parties etc.)
everything was good nothing was to much trouble for the staff. room was good, the food great would recommend to anyone did not want to leave lovely friendly place probably the best hotel I have stayed in and I have stayed in loads
Pet friendly.. No Charges! Everyone was very friendly. The food was excellent too.. Will definitely visit again!
Cannot think of anything!
Staff friendly and welcoming, arrived too late for dinner but they managed to rustle up an excellent snack - yum!!
Nothing to dislike.
Decoration is excellent. The building is historical.
The room in the front of the hotel has traffic noise. Noise from bar was also coming through.
Friendly people in all parts of the house
Really lovely food with good service and well kept beer. Friendly bar. Would go again and recommend it as a place to stay if going to The London Club or Brands Hatch as very close.
To be really picky the en suite bathroom was too small although the twin bedroom was really spacious and well presented.
It's just a lovely place to return to. Pleasant people. Nothing pretentious. Great food.
the quirkiness, friendly staff, history of the pub. Served an excellent breakfast. Clean, and comfortable bed. Nice to have flat screen TV. An upmarket B&B
to be honest, it was very expensive for what it was. I guess we were paying for the 'boutique style B&B'. We had noise from some sort of generator under our window, and noise from the venue next door which is part of the hotel. I think I would have loved staying there if it hadn't been so expensive for what it was. I was a bit disappointed when we arrived and saw the smallness of the room.
Good location and parking Comfortable bed Very clean Good food and breakfast
Poor water pressure for shower in top floor room No Wi-fi available in room
Individual rooms and character of the hotel in general
Although the food was very good quality it was a little expensive
Quality of the food, helpful and friendly staff. Large well furnished bedroom.
Shower not working noise from traffic.
lovely warm cosy atmosphere and in a delightful historic PH in a lovely village well located just outside London in the Kent countryside. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Food excellent, a touch pricey, but perhaps worth it.
Nothing to say at this time
Crisp fresh clean beds and very clean, lovely.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
The room was decorated tastefully.
Pubic hairs in bathroom, hotel room was small and very cold as they turn off heating at night time also someone was smoking in one of the rooms and because of this I had two separate hotel workers knock at my door then when I went to look out of window I noticed the hotel worker outside the window this is unacceptable I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
The atmosphere in the bar area.
We showered there and we ate there. The shower did not drain away and the toilet would not flush. They had to send us to another hotel as they were full. (This cost more and was further off our route and noisy. They have however agreed to pay the difference) The receptionist was apologetic and offered us a main course free while they were trying to sort out the plumbing. Unfortunately we found the meal extremely bland. After the meal, when we returned to our room to collect our things, the door had been left open by the 'Director ' and the maintenance man. (Not just unlocked, actually open).
Very well located in village. Excellent breakfast
£7.25 for a small wine ott
Friendly staff, easy parking and good food. Very helpful for an early start - they made us bacon sandwiches to take on the road!
Staff very friendly and helpful, we had a nice bedroom and bathroom rather than just a shower. The breakfasts were included in the price and there was a good selection to choose from.
The price of the food we thought was rather expensive although very good, we had two other couples who joined us for dinner and they agreed with us about the prices, cheaper to eat off the bar menu. A shame no garden to sit in.
Staff Large bedroom and bathroom Excellent restaurant Free wifi
Compared to other Hotels in Seven Oaks area, we prefer The Bull Hotel! We travel to Seven Oaks regularly since more than 10 years to visit our son and his family. We will for sure stay in the hotel next time.
The parking area could offer more space.
The food was good.
The rooms had absolutely no sound proofing and you could clearly here your neighbours conversations
Bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly
Room was not as shown on the site, a bit small and in need of TLC. Noisy extractor from kitchens but this was shut off about 9.30 so I was able to sleep
Location because it was close to the north downs way.
The bathroom. The sink was totally inadequate as it was ridiculously small. Would have been ok in a cloakroom. Also the shower gave barely a dribble of water.
The Room & the food were great.
The loud humming noise from the kitchen whilst in the bedroom up until 9:30pm
