Location fairly central close to where we wanted to be breakfast was nice
Not much parking when busy didn't get room that we booked for
the location was great, after a hearty breakfast and a good day walking it was the perfect place to relax , with plenty of eating and drinking venues on the doorstep.Helen and staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble
regrettably the hot water was not working in one of our rooms, which caused minor inconvenience .
Location, breakfast, separate access to cellar room
No evening meal option
The room was comfortable and clean
Excellent location. Very nice room. Brilliant shower! Good breakfast.
When we arrived the front door was locked with a scribbled note on it saying she had gone to the pub next door for lunch. Eventually I had to go & find her in the pub! Not good. Parking also a problem.
Staff, room, location
We were attending a wedding at Yorebridge House - please note that taxis are very limited in the area - pre-book as far in advance as possible.
Made to feel very welcome & at home. Fuss made of grandchild & dogs. Lovely family room with plenty of space. Cracking breakfast to start the day. Will stay again.
Under the beds needed hoovered as quite dusty.
Nice breakfast, ideal location for cycling. Staff were great. Place to store bikes right next to room. Highly recommended.
Lovely soft beds and delicious breakfast
Loved the converted vault bedroom, but due to it being below ground it lacked a window which I missed
Loved the central location, the staff were great, easy going, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
The rooms are a little tired, loose curtain rails and dodgy shower door
Perfect location Very friendly and helpful staff Great breakfast Comfortable bed
Needs a little tlc
We loved everything about our stay at the Bulls Head. We were really pleased with our room, Helen could not do enough for us without being obtrusive, the surrounding area is fabulous and the breakfast was really tasty, served by a lovely waitress. Top marks!

Room was nice lovely view from window four poster bed bathroom across the hall our own private large and really lovely, the atmosphere for breakfast was the best.Great location.
Didn't like smoke butts out side our window on the roof.
Everything from service to the local information provided.
Could have done with a blind in the ceiling window,
The property was central ideal for shops, pubs etc.
We made the booking under the impression that as it was called The Bulls Head Hotel it was a hotel so we were rather shocked when it turned out to be a bed and breakfast. We do think that it must be made quite clear that it is not a hotel.
The manager (Helen) was very helpful and professional, and the accomodation was excellent.
Nothing negative to say - it was a great hotel
Loved the care and attention given to details such as providing a fabulous gluten free cooked breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and well furnished. Staff an absolute delight!
Hawes is a very cosy place with some great pubs and perfectly situated within the Dales. The hotel location has a convenient central location, the hosts are very friendly and breakfast is excellent as well
We had the basement rooms, which we didn't particularly like (they were quite humid, had a typical basement smell and did not have direct daylight), but maybe we should have realised that when booking them :-) It was okay for one night, but I would definitely not book these rooms if you plan on staying for a longer time.
Friendliness of the owners, comfortable, bright and relaxed inn and brilliant location
What a great little find in the Dales. A really lovely host who made us and our big dog feel really at home. The hotel was ideal for our short walking break, comfortable, clean, great breakfast, dog friendly and relaxed. Some B&Bs and hotels can be a bit uptight and prissy but the Bulls Head is cosy, clean and comfortable in a rustic/relaxed way. 10 out of 10 from us.
Very friendly place. Super comfy bed & spotlessly clean. Good location in centre of Hawes. Would definately stay here again
