Convenient location, very short walk to Earls Court Tube Station, clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff.
overall experience is good. but I only needed a place to sleep while visiting London for a few days, so don't expect too much.
- late check in, at 3pm - check out early in the morning at 7a.m.
Good location. Very good value for money. Quiet rooms and location. If you're looking for a budget hotel then you really can't go wrong. I got a room for under 50 quid, I wasn't expecting much but it exceeded my expectations. Would stay again.
only the location
In my room the bathroom was very small and extremely dangerous. The washbasin is microscopic and inevitably when you wash your face or teeth the water falls on the floor and since there is no floor available carpet becomes slippery as well as bathe your feet or slippers and smudge everywhere
Clean room ,quiet location short walk from tube
Hotel entrance and hall shabby looking could do with redecoration and a new carpet on stairs to freshen it up
It was small comfortable and cozy. There was no noise from the city life outside.
Alot of noise through walls. This may have just been the room which I stayed in. Wifi did not work to great in room on third floor and needed to go down stairs for best possible signal.
-good location, very quiet -clean (but very small!) rooms -supernice modern bathrooms! -friendly staff -kettle in the room, tea and coffee provided
-the "double bed" was fairly small... but I guess the room doesn't really have space for a bigger bed -key card didn't work for our room, and they couldn't get it fixed, so the staff had to let us into our room every time. Not a big deal, but a bit ridiculous still ;-)
Small and basic but clean modern room
Very thin walls; I was lucky the neighbours were quiet but it could have been a nightmare if I had noisy guests next doors
Great location for Central London, close to underground and great base for flat hunting. Free wifi was available and room was very clean if a tad small.
The room was a double and the bed was on the small side for my daughter and me but would have been ok for romantic couple. No breakfast was available but there were plenty of places near by.
Location, rates .quiet .
Three quarter bed for two people no good .towel change once in four dys.
got bitten by fleas - about 10 bites
location good bed enough coffee and tea available very competitive price close to metro station
they didn't change towels very, very small bathroom bit noisy
Double room with a stair inside the room. So cool and love the balcony and there it is so close to the Earl court station
Big comfy bed Great location next to earls court
Hot, hot, hot Tiny shower
clean great location accessibility
check-in is at 15.00 and no minute earlier. bummer if you arrive at 10.00
Design of furniture
No breakfast No elevator Late checking in (3:00 PM) if you want it sooner (midday), have to pay 10£.
Very Clean Really close to Earl's Court Station
The bathroom was tiny but still good
How close everything was
Didn't like the stairs in our room! And need a fan in summer
location kind staff clean good pice
small room stairs but i knew before so....
The location - on Piccadilly and district lines.
I stayed here 2 years ago without a problem. This time they stuck me in a shoebox of a room with dirty sheets. Wifi was terrible. I had to lug my suitcase up 5 flights of stairs. When I arrived in my room the window was open without a screen and there were bugs everywhere.
The sieze of the room and isolation between walls
I was in a small room right on the top floor. With only two doors next to each other. The person(s) in the next room was very noisy. Felt quite vunerable as a lone woman traveller.
Everything. The bed location
Staff is friendly, clean, comfortable place.. Great simple solution .. Underground station very close, lots of good good options around
No shampoo in the toilet.. You have to bring yours.. 3rd floor has no internet., and you need to take the stairs
staff miserable - room too small and I could even hear next room shuffling papers the partcian was that thin.
