Greeted well, modern fascilities, comfortable, clean. Food excellent.

Delightful staff. The room was immaculate with comfortable bed and super shower.Delicious evening meal and hearty breakfast.

The hotel lived up to the pictures on its website. It was modern, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful. The breakfast was gorgeous-next time we'll definitely do dinner(arrived too late as finish serving at 5pm on Sunday). Thoroughly recommend

Room was very comfortable. Shower was brilliant. Food was excellent. Restraunt & bar very pleasant. Access at all hours remarkably easy and sensible.

My stay was necessarily too short

A very well presented B&B, the bedrooms were well appointed, loved the decor, food delicious, staff could not do enough to assist. The shower was excellent.

The only downsides were the nearness to the road, a bit noisy and there were no drawers or cupboards to put clothes in. No lift, needed to climb stairs.

The breakfast was very good and the service friendly and quick.

The basin in room 7 is much too small for a bathroom.

Contemporary and very modern feel to the extremely functional room - fantastic shower! Every need was met from tea/coffee to ironing facilities. Breakfast was lovely and menu so inviting that we will return to sample further dishes! Staff were great, couldn't do enough for us without being overbearing.

A small point but valid in that the room was rather warm. Not sure I could stay there in the height of summer!

Very warm welcome, fantastic attention to detail, modern, clean rooms. Newly and completely refurbished to an extremely high standard. Would definitely go back and recommend!

We thought it was very friendly and welcoming. Spotlessly clean and modern. The shower was fabulous! The breakfast was of a high standard and very good value.

Lovely welcome by owners, attentive, helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Excellent breakfast, accommodating all dietary requirements. Separate secure entrance so no need to go through bar to get to room

Modern bedrooms with every comfort. The menu is seasonal and imaginative and the food excellent.

The Buxted Inn was very clean and comfortable. Rooms had just what was needed. Breakfast choices were very good and the couple of guys who run the Inn were friendly and made us feel welcome. What more can I say!!!!.

The staff were friendly and very helpfull.

Very friendly staff. Hi tech room with gadgets of which the best was the excellent shower.

TV maximum volume has been set at a level so low that you cannot hear the tv if the kettle is warming up!

my room was directly above the bar, so it took a little time to get used to the hum of noise. It wasnt really loud, I'm just too used to quiet.

lack of cupboard space for clothes.Ok if only staying for a short while but difficult to find space for much if staying for more than a couple of days.

There was a fan that ran when next door used the bathroom, but if you closed the door you could hardly hear it

Superb as ever. The staff and owners are great people and make your stay very enjoyable. The price for this part of the country is excellent. The food is great and very reasonably priced.
