Janet made us very welcome. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely come back here again.
I have stayed at the cameo on lots of occasions and always enjoyed my stay.
Central location, very near tower etc Friendly owner, very clean, comfy room ensuite modern fittings, load storage space, 8 drawers, double wardrobe, with tons of hangers. Quiet, even though hotel 'fully booked' did not hear people moving about, apart from snoring from adjacent room. Great breakfast!
No lift, ok for us but others struggling if on 2nd floor. Narrow coridors. Thin wall in our room, heard snoring next door in night . . . . . . otherwise excellent!
location great ,went out of their way to supply our choice of evening meals. open bar on request and served our party with their needs breakfast served with pride
Good central location Friendly staff Breakfast good Clean and tidy.
Towel rail or radiator heater did not work on the first morning so had no where to dry towels. Both worked on the second morning but as we were leaving this wasn't an issue. Not a deal breaker and would certainly use this hotel again if I was staying in Blackpool
Great location, friendly owner, clean, well-equipped room
Slightly dated, would benefit from a modern TV in the room. No parking on site or outside but most town centre B&B's are the same.
Lovely clean place, cooked breakfast was fantastic a very welcoming host who whilst very busy always made time for a chat, would definatly stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone. We never had tea at the cameo but while we were getting ready to go out the smell in the place was lush, Janet was very accommodating to her guests needs if someone didn't like what was on the menu she went out of her way to make what they wanted, again lovely place, very clean and close to the winter gardens, Blackpool tower, primark all the attractions were a stones throw from the place
Proprietor very friendly and welcoming. Made our stay enjoyable from the offset.
Could not get wifi. Needed ventilation in room as hot and stuffy. Tv out dated and strained eyes when watching. Tea and coffee except able but bought our own eventually.
Very friendly staff. Central location. Free wifi. nice and clean. Complimentary toileteries and tea /coffee / milk. Excellent value for money.
Quite a noisy street, alhtough I did visit on a bank holiday weekend! There were people outside all of the doors on the street smoking and shouting to each other during th eday and until about 3am. Double glazing would be useful at the front of the hotel.
Lovely hotel nice staff very clean Excellent facilities Great location to the centre Quiet Great breakfast
as I have a bad back the bed was to hard for me which wasn't the hotels fault
the owner is chatty just enough to make you feel welcome. the location very good for the coach station.
no signal for wifi in the bedroom but good signal in guest lodge no problem really
Made very welcome, central, and very homely.
Car parking, no car parking outside was my only concern as car had to be parked in car park at top of street out of site!! Not a big issue I may add!!!
was nice and clean nice breakfast plenty choice janet very freindly great value for money
lovely breakfasts, good hospitality, clean tidy and comfortable
noisy sea gulls, but not the hotels fault
Really handy for all facilities. Nice for an evening walk in the sun along the prom.
The hotel was clean, room loved the power shower, comfortable, relaxing, breakfast fantastic, service fantastic, location in the best part of Blackpool, near shops, beach and coach station, the owner Janet, very friendly, well organized, very welcoming, amazing lady,i would definitely stay at the cameo, whenever I'm in Blackpool and i would recommend to everyone
A little noisy at the weekends, but can't be helped with the stag and hen parties
Nice room and breakfast
Advertised a bar but never open..
Good sized room, comfy bed, great en suite with a big, powerful shower, really clean and a lovely big cooked breakfast. Excellent!!!
spotless bathroom, comfy bed, very pleasant atmosphere. Well run and looked and great breakfast too.
being at the front of the building there was some occasional noise from traffic but being on a quiet side street it was very minimal and didn't detract from the experience at all, nothing I can fault the owners on
very friendly and clean room.Location was very good and it was great to have single rooms. Very good value for money
nothing bad to say about it.
Stayed here with my partner December 27th until 3oth December 2013 and I must say it was one of the nicest and cleanest B&B that we have stayed at in Blackpool. Janet was lovely, friendly and very welcoming. Room and B&B was immaculate. Breakfast was very nice. Would definately recomend to my family & friends to stay there and we would certainly stay there again. Thank you Janet for making us feel welcome.
