Parking in Dartmouth is very limited and they provide a parking permit.

This small, friendly B & B was extremely close to the centre of Dartmouth. Our room was fresh, clean and extremely comfortable. There was a huge choice on the breakfast menu and everything was perfectly cooked and delicious.

I have nothing negative to say about this B & B.

The proprietor made us feel very welcome. Our room was very nice and clean, the hotel is very close to Dartmouth town centre and the breakfast was excellent

The size of the room -very spacious and decorated to a high spec. Easy to get to via the higher ferry. Delicious breakfast.

It wasn't a problem when we were there but parking could be a issue in high season.

Run by very friendly helpful couple. Bedrooms large and airy, immaculately clean. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and tasty.

No parking available though we had no problem parking nearby but we were there out of season.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean room. Good selection of toiletries and towels. Fridge in the room. Excellent WIFI connection. Central location. Friendly and helpfull landlord. Wonderful scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast. Recommended!

Bathroom was just a little bit cold probably cause of a damaged window.And outside the weather was quite wet and windy.

The cleanliness of the bedroom, bed, and bathroom. Towel change each day. Tea making facilities with fresh milk in fridge. Breakfast was super, choice of full english, eggs benedict, etc fresh fruit ,and cereals also available.

Real milk in fridge in room. Best breakfast ever, beautifully cooked. Proper marmalade. No bubble packs of sugary preserves. Great attention to detail. Very helpful proprietors.

Really nice location and very nice welcome when I first arrived, it is a perfect location near the Britannia Royal Navy College and also a 5 minute walk from the town centre so ideally situated. The room itself had been very well presented and also very clean, I liked the little touches and the welcome pack found in my room which described everything you needed to now and included a do not disturb sign which I thought was a nice touch. Overall I would like to recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Dartmouth.

Friendly staff, well equipped room

A friendly welcome, nice quiet room and absolutely lovely breakfast. 15 seconds walk away from the waterfront and a lovely pub up the road for a bite to eat. Great, would stay there again and recommended.

Very relaxing - nothing was too much trouble.

Parking is always difficult in Dartmouth , however a Cheap permit was available to use in most car parks from the Hotel.

Location excellent and ideally situated for local amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Compliments to the chef for excellent breakfasts. Car parking is located at a nearby car park, but purchasing a permit at £3 per night is good value as it can be used in designated car parks throughout South Hams district.

Nice friendly owners, lovely clean rooms. grade 2 listed so has plenty of quirky character, very close to shops and riverside. Excellent breakfasts.

only small thing was lack of parking ..lucky to get a space on nearby carpark as well, very popular place..!

The welcome was warm and friendly, the surroundings quietly tasteful and clean, our room was comfortable, clean and relaxing, the service calm, professional and excellent. All in all we spent a much-enjoyed and comfortable few days in one of our favourite places, and the superb weather helped enormously. Thank you to Sheila and Roger for a memorable stay.
