The atmosphere and the design of the rooms in the hotel. Very homely and friendly.

I like the welcome of the people in the hotel. And i would come back to the same hotel ever summer.

Loved the business owners Stuart and Elizabeth. They were always personable and more than accommodating. I loved the location of the hotel relative to all the points of interest in Blackpool

The staff very polite and helpfull The rooms are clean and warm The breakfast is typical english but we found it very good. The location near the city center and the winter gardens make it perfect for tourists. And the price for value is good also.

The double rooms are a little small.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and staff are very welcoming :) Rooms were a good size. Shower was brilliant! Very rare you get a power shower in blackpool hotels!! Overall great stay and would go back again

very clean very tidy Stuart and Elizabeth made me and my mum in law very welcome,very near the winter gardens and shopping centre breakfast lovely would highly recommend to everyone to stay here.

Not being able to book it direct with the hosts.

From when i entered the hotel i was greeted by the owner,he was very polite and paid attention to me,he checked me in then offered to carry my bag to the room,he also showed me to the room. The room was very clean,it was at the rear of the building. Breakfast was good and plenty. when i had to leave they allowed me to leave my bags there for the day as my train was in the evening.I will stay there again in the near future.No complaints at all.

The room was very comfortable and bright and the staff are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Me my friend and our 2 little girls stayed at the Carlton for 1 night, I'm very particular with where I say but I could not fault it at all, the staff were brilliant the room was everything we expected and more and the breakfast was "amazing" as said by my 9 yr old daughter who had the full English! Would definitely stay there again xx

We had a lovely stay. The family room was clean and of a really good size. The owners were lovely and even gave our children an easter egg which I thought was a lovely touch. Would definitely go back.

Loved how central it was! The staff were great and very accommodating! Room was extremely comfortable, just what we needed! Breakfast for brilliant, we couldn't of wanted more! Definitely stay again!

Only issue was the parking! However the staff were kind enough to rectify this!

Very clean compared to most blackpool hotels very central also a close very affordable 24 hr parking rooms very tidy and good clean bathroom in all very pleased breakfast spot on full fry up nice
