The hosts were wonderful, young and happy to help with anything. Could not fault them at all.

Not being able to book it direct with the hosts.

From when i entered the hotel i was greeted by the owner,he was very polite and paid attention to me,he checked me in then offered to carry my bag to the room,he also showed me to the room. The room was very clean,it was at the rear of the building. Breakfast was good and plenty. when i had to leave they allowed me to leave my bags there for the day as my train was in the evening.I will stay there again in the near future.No complaints at all.

The room was very comfortable and bright and the staff are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Me my friend and our 2 little girls stayed at the Carlton for 1 night, I'm very particular with where I say but I could not fault it at all, the staff were brilliant the room was everything we expected and more and the breakfast was "amazing" as said by my 9 yr old daughter who had the full English! Would definitely stay there again xx

We had a lovely stay. The family room was clean and of a really good size. The owners were lovely and even gave our children an easter egg which I thought was a lovely touch. Would definitely go back.

Staff where very friendly and helpful. Beds where very comfy and rooms clean and tidy.

Loved how central it was! The staff were great and very accommodating! Room was extremely comfortable, just what we needed! Breakfast for brilliant, we couldn't of wanted more! Definitely stay again!

Only issue was the parking! However the staff were kind enough to rectify this!

Very clean compared to most blackpool hotels very central also a close very affordable 24 hr parking rooms very tidy and good clean bathroom in all very pleased breakfast spot on full fry up nice

Having stayed at the Carlton previously I knew that the service and location is great. On arrival I found that management had changed but the service was still as good. Very warm and friendly with great breakfasts.

great hotel we stayed there as my 2 daughters danced at winter gardens breakfast started at 9 but they had no issues of starting ours for 7.30 full cooked breakfast as well. Hotel was very clean well decorated

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was excellent near the tower and the shops just a 5 minute walk. Craig the manager and staff very helpful. the breakfast was very good indeed, plenty of selection. Just a really lovely warm and friendly place to stay. Would definitely book again and also recomend it to family and friends.

Very relaxed environment, very clean and tidy, staff exceptional helpful and pleasant couldn't do enough for you. Location was hard to find due to one way system but once located and found, it was easy to go back and too. This hotel was very near the shops and 5 minutes away from all centre attractions, including the tower, town, central pier and promenade. The breakfast was very good and had a good selection of cereal, juices and fruit as well as a top full english breakfast to set you up for the day.

The only small thing that was a positive negative about the hotel was the parking facility. It was a tight squeeze to fit a medium car in the 1 parking space available but the positive thing about this it was secure in a locked garage.

Nice sized en-suite room, great breakfast and owner very helpfull when it came to an early start on the day we departed.
