Good breakfast Clean rooms
Terrible beds (we had two rooms with three beds and they were all terrible)
Sea view Breakfast
Hotel Room too small for 2 people Bathroom poorly designed Cramped space-no storage Shower poor water temp control No Car Parking Double bed too small
The staff were pleasant, the room was average but comfortable
The room could have been cleaner, more thought given to the en-suite, no where to put tooth brushes. The windows in the room were dirty. It wouldn't take much to make it a little bit more luxurious, more thought to room layout. I did move the wicker sofa making the en-suite more accessible
great location very helpful friendly staff
very tired needs a good clean no lift so carrying heavy cases to 3rd floor not ideal
This hotel is located right on the beach & is walking distance from a variety of different restaurants. We dined at The Mediterranean which has lots of choice & the food was delicious! There is a walking path that allows you to walk via the coast line cliffs to the different beach which boast amazing views. For surfers Caswell bay is a must!
The mattress was very lumpy which caused some discomfort and there was an empty can underneath the bed.
Breakfast - Good
Room was tiny, dated and dirty Mattress not very comfortable Room DEFINITELY not worth the money
The location was ideal
Everything. The hotel is shody. Thin walls, dogs barking, dirty rooms, scalding shower and a mediocre breakfast. On checkout we weren't even asked what our stay was like just given the bill no conversation.
Our room was stunning. Breakfast was good and location excellent.
Location was good.
Rooms were poor in terms of facility comfort and cleanliness.
The staff were superb. A good choice of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Breakfast each morning was really good.
Finding a place to park the car was a real problem, in the road or even in one of the paying car parks. The mattresses need replacing as they were very lumpy. The room was exceptionally small.
Great location Friendly staff
Staff just very laid back and didn't remember or sort anything we asked for but were really friendly! Not suitable for luxurious get away
Comfortable bed, clean and tidy bedroom and bathroom
Creaky floorboards, noise from other rooms
Very friendly staff"
Excellent location Friendly staff
Clean and comfortable room.
No hotel car park.
Loved the friendly staff. good location.
Parking a bit of a problem and the hotel is a little tired.
The location The breakfast The staff
The cleanliness of the bathroom General shabby state No arranged parking
Location as a base to explore the area was excellent
The beds were so uncomfortable, we were glad we only booked two days. We are used to a king size and firmer bed
Location excellent,wifi excellent.breakfast extremely good.
Car parking hit and miss if you require it free and close by. Bedrooms probably need updating
We very much enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return. The room (7) was clean, a decent size and breakfast was plentiful. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent location, pleasant staff.
Mattress on bed very old and uncomfortable, staff very apologetic and assured us it would be replaced. We say why hadn't it been replaced before ? ( Car Parking ) Lack of available day time parking during August.
Staff, breakfast food quality, amazingly quiet for such a busy location.
Not the Hotels fault but parking seems difficult and expensive everywhere in the Mumbles.
I stayed here for 3 nights for my two daughters graduation and must say was empress. very good location and lovely view over the sea. Friendly and accommodating staff. Would stay here a gain if in area.
no bad comment.
The rooms are old and tired looking. The Old TV was on a shelf next to the ceiling, which was far too high to watch plus the remote control was not working properly. The carpet was old and stained. The wash bason was old and plastic. The staff at breakfast were very friendly but the food was poor.
