With rooms overlooking the river Wyre, The Cartford Inn is a former 17th-century coaching inn, situated on the banks of the River Wyre on Lancashire's Fylde Coast. Free Wi-Fi is provided, as well as free on-site private parking. A flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities are featured in each room at The Cartford Inn. Rooms excellent comfortable, great bed, location good, decor beautiful, service very good. Teas and coffee superb. Already booked to go back As a couple dining we didn't like sitting by a big group. In bedroom loved the look of the mirror but would have preferred a wall mount.

There was nothing about our stay we didn't like, we thoroughly enjoyed everything about it - the location, the decor, comfort, warmth, food and staff and we definitely will be staying again in the near future.

Spacious rooms with modern bathrooms. Very good restaurant with locally sourced products. A minor issue I would suggest providing tissues in the room.

Very friendly staff very helpful and room very nice with good facilities. Food excellent. Would definitely be back if in the area. Not far to come off the motorway but very peaceful. The only downside was the noise in the dining area as the adjoining tables had very noisy people at them, but not a lot the hotel could do about that perhaps more soft furnishing in curtaining may help.
