The Castle B&B

The Castle is a stylish and friendly bar, restaurant and B&B in Cambridge's historical centre. It is close to the university colleges and the punts on the River Cam.

The Castle has an excellent location just minutes away from the city sights and metres from excellent shopping. It is well positioned for Cambridge’s bustling nightlife, restaurants, bars and clubs.

Delicious food is available in the restaurant, and private functions can be catered for, on request. Very popular party nights are held on Fridays and Saturdays. Please be aware that these go on into the early hours and may not suit all guests.

Travel information

On Foot
From the train station:
Walk out of the station and continue straight up Station Road. Turn right onto Hills Road. You will now be on St Andrews Street. The Castle is further along on the left-hand side.

By Bus.
Drummer Street bus station is just 2 minutes away from The Castle.

By Car
The Castle is easily reached by car, but has no car park.
Parking is available nearby at the Lion Yard car park at an additional cost.

Important information

Our very popular DJ nights are held on Fridays and Sauturdays, please be aware these do go into the early hours and are lively so some music sound may be heard from below.

Please also note our bedrooms have shared bathroom facilities, thank you.
