Location open at the front - vast view. Large and comfortable "single" room (double bed). Good food - plenty of it. Getting to it from Lytham Station. I thought it was Lytham whereas it was a £7.60 taxi-ride (£6.60 going back)!!! Very confusing - Lytham - Lytham St.Annes - St.Annes !!!! Perhaps the Hotel could make it a bit clearer.

All the staff are so friendly and attentive. The food was good. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Only one shower in the changing rooms which was a bit of a problem.

The staff were very accomodating. Swimming pool was lovely. This hotel is very lovely however the decor needs updating. bath with shower in was very small. decor and bed was very dated. Uncomfortable bed and very loud ticking clock. View was lovely but the chairs were uncomfortable. the handle of the window in the bathroom fell of fortunately my husband caught it before it fell out of the window (cars were parked below)

Reception, bar, lounge, restaurant, toilets etc all on same ground level with the views to the sea- friendly staff and good food which does all make you wish to come again which we shall. Lift next to reception could do with being updated - obviously works OK but can be slow and awkward if carrying bags.

Our only criticism of the Hotel was the condition of the furniture in the various lounges. The chairs were to say the least grubby and need cleaning, particularly the arms and headrests. This in our opinion lets the Hotel down.In all other respects we considered the food, comfort and service satisfactory.

Staff were very helpful, lovely views, good facilities. Comfy beds. Lovely pool. Rooms abit out dated - suspended ceiling!!!! You can get suspended ceilings that look like plasterboard which would have looked much better. No lift, carpets a little threadbare. Seating at the poolside would of been helpful. Lack of parking.

have a comment to bring to your attention, after i booked the rooms there with my debit card the next morning my bank called me to ask me about transaction that i have done in the last few days. the only one was to use my card to book through your web site. the told me my card number has been used for other transaction the next day. i was asked to cut my card up. so your web site is not safe or has been compromised in some way. i aslo was asked if i didn't mind if needed that the police my contact me said that would be fine. yours mr thomas hurney.

Excellent food and very obliging staff The hotel was very busy - in fact I would say it was full. Despite that the staff coped very well. The room was a little on the small side. The main downside was the bed - far too soft - but thats a personal preference.

food was good extremely difficult for 2 people with a medium sized piece of luggage to get in the lift, using it was an unpleasant experience. We used it only once, preferring to make more journeys from the top floor. The corridors were narrow and the floors creaky and uneven Twin bedded room was rather small. The two chairs were side by side backed against the window. Both had to be moved, one over a bed if we both wanted to watch television.

very quiet as the guests are all over 60 and is more like a care home for the elderly.so for those who like peace and quiet this is your piece of heaven the moment we checked in the place looked very dated and we knew we had made a mistake in booking this hotel. Service at breakfast was terrible although it was well cooked portions were very much on the small side and we had to ask for extra toast to fill ourselfs up. Alarm bells should have sounded when we were asked by a member of staff if this was our first visit to the hotel because when we said "yes" she replied "you'll never be back". They have a small pool, and sauna and steam room which are operated with tokens that are give out at reception - it gives you 21 mins use which is an absolute joke as they take at least 10 minutes to reach a suitable temperature. The whole hotel is in need of a total upgrade and 120 pounds for a family room is a bit steep for b and b the management are living on another planet if they think it is good value. The lift is also a joke - enter this at your own peril.
