The friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Nothing was too much trouble whatever the time of day. The room was spacious and the location was also very good as a base to get out and about to the various attractions. If you like having dinner and a dance then this is the hotel for you. No complaints at all.

The hotel is well placed on the Promenade, clean and warm. The breakfast was all that you could ask for, with a good choice of food.

I thought the room was particularly well furnished and comfortable and i felt relaxed instantly. I found that it was too hot in the bedroom at night. I had to turn the radiator off but it took a long time to cool.

A nice outlook from the window and easy parking. The hotel was generally tired. The quality of the food was very poor and it was overpriced. They did not make clear how much the evening meal would cost before we had the bill.

The breakfast was typical B&B full English. Nothing spectacular. The location was great. The room we stayed in was extremely warm. The towel warming rack in the bathroom was on and we could not turn it off. The mattress was too hard.

The facilities, the relaxed atmosphere and the food! Nothing particular, except if I was being really picky the room I was in had the aerial loose and away from the wall, it didn't bother me but may be dangerous if a younger child was in the room.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, both for the beach areas & the town. The swimming pool facilities were excellent, and the hotel overall was comfortable & clean. We were booked on a bed & breakfast basis, and the breakfasts were very good, with attentive staff. The lounge area in itself was very pleasant, but due to the large number of older residents, many infirm, you were given the impression that you were stopping in an old peoples home. The aroma being generated in that area, was at times, unpleasant.

We enjoyed our holiday very much. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most was all the various drinks and food available all day and evening from the bar. The staff there were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The reception and restaurant staff were very good also. Thank you for a lovely little break. Our party was myself, my daughter and my granddaughter, so a mixed age bunch. Thank you

The hotel is very near the dunes and seaside walks fabulous for older members me the family and family visits. The hotel was comfortable and clean but missing plugs to charge my mobile. Bathroom a bit small and thought generally could do with a make over. However staff very friendly with a good breakfast so all in allly value for money. No plug sockets and no shelves in bathroom to put stuff on. Carpets could do with renewing

It was a lovley mini break for our family, right on the front and 2 min walk from the attractions of St. Annes, the hotel was god for kids as had a games room and the swimming pool was very quiet and the kids loved it. Breakfast was lovley and a nice change to have it served to you at your table instead of a buffet style. Value for money

Food good in general, but tin potatoes one evening which are not on.Room was fine if a little small.Service good, shower was not working one night but they soon fixed it. Most residents were less than pleased when three coachloads of day trippers arrived and took over the place for several hours.

Great location, Unfortunately our room was a bit dated and tucked away at the back of the hotel. As I was expecting a sea view as the photo showed I was very disappionted!
