The gentleman that ran the hotel was so attentive at all times. Took us up to the room and guided us through how to use everything and at breakfast it was really quick and friendly service.

Nice couple very friendly Mac was very chatty and helpful .Nice place was very clean Will go back next time staying in Skegness but will ask for a different room. Bed in room 1was harder than expected.

The Chalfonts is in a good position in Skegness, but also is in a quiet area. Mac the owner, was very attentive and helpful, we never saw his wife, Mandy. The room was bright and cheerful, not very big but adequate. The room/bathroom was not cleaned daily.

The cleanliness of the whole place is just out of this world. Nothing was too much trouble for the landlord. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast I have been served up with. Beautifully presented, everything hot and more if wanted. It was so good that I was looking for a negative but failed. All in all a place we would return to whenever we are in that area. We couldn't find any faults.

We received a warm and friendly welcome from our hosts. The breakfast is superb and cooked fresh to order. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and will use the chalfonts again

Quiet location within easy reach of shops and seafront. Very good breakfast served by Mac who was very attentive to everyone's needs. We would have liked to partake of the evening meal offered through the week but found 5.30 a little too early for us.
