They have a very young staff who are wonderful. All the staff made a fuss of my older children and a big fuss of the birthday boy. they would do anything to make the stay more enjoyable. The position of the hotel was perfect. right in the middle of the pleasure beech and the tower. |

Staff exceptionally helpful, warm welcome and good service.Good food very reasonably priced. It was a last minute booking but the top floor rooms were very very compact. OK for an overnighter but I could not have stayed there longer. However, other rooms appeared bigger. |

hotel owners were very friendly, lovely family atmosphere, the breakfast times were ideal for us due to the age of our grandson.meals were optional as they catered for non residents,so you could eat in or out depending on your plans for the day, although i must say when we did eat in the food was exceptional only one minor thing at breakfast the plates were greasy from the fried eggs |

the owners mark and kim and all the staff were very polite and helpfull , nothing is to much trouble , one night when we were having dinner ( all meals are home cooked and the pepper steak pie is delitious) an elderly couple from canada were also eating although they were not staying at this hotel it turned out that the lady had had here purse stolen earlier that day at the train station in manchester on hearing this mark went onto the internet and got all the info on the police station , lost property and information on the railway station so the lady could phone and find out if her purse had been found, in this day and age it was great to see someone genuinly trying to help, on the food we found all meals excelent ,.... mil&lul |

Very friendly, family atmosphere. Did all they could to ensure our stay was all we wanted it to be. Would recommend this to any one visiting Blackpool. The rooms were small but adequate to our needs and they had made good use of the little space that was available. Perhaps a bit more heat in the bedrooms as the weather was becoming colder and we found it cold when just watching TV. |
