The Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the room was warm

Would have preferred a firmer bed but never the less the beds were comfortable

It is near family

The walls are thin between the rooms and the person next to me had there television on from 530am so woke us up early.

Good value for money

Motel arrangement - rooms set outside of main reception. Not good for breakfast on a cold and wet morning.

The chalets were ideal as we smoke and could stand outside

The pub/restaurant next door was very useful. Nice having own little chalet. Facilities in room were very good. Great having the free wifi

The full english breakfast was very inflexible. Would have liked to have been able to mix and match the breakfast items. Outside decor of apartments was shabby.

The outsides of the rooms desperately need sorting out plaster falling off the walls and just left on the ground Real shame because it does put people off inside the rooms are spotless

We were visiting family and friends in the area. The accommodation was fine, the Meals were good value with their "specials" and well presented. We have stayed here before a few years ago and will use this hotel again

We had a loverly room very big and good value for money. It was the executive room. Bloody loverly

Small chalet type accomodation!

Booking.com has it down as taking pets! They do not! I had to persude them to let me bring my dog in! This was the main reason I booked here!

It was conveniently placed

Its very noisy from the traffic which doesn't seem to stop and the cooked breakfast left a little to be desired

The room had every thing you needed in them

The room was redecorated beautifully, right next to a pub with great food. The staff are a credit to the company

The mattress needed replacing desperately and was in room 8 which had someone above and you could hear EVERYTHING!!

The radiator thermostat was broken. I left a written message after the first night. I also reported it again when I paid and was told that the manager would be informed and someone would definitely be round to see if they could help. No-one came, the room was too warm even with a window open and I found it hard to sleep. I was working long hours so I didn't want the hassle of asking for another room.

Close proximity to the motorway and Coalville.

great room at great price loved the motel type thing, restaurant was better than it looked, actually cooked a chicken breast properly

Was a cosy room with easy access to smoke!

Bed was quite small and me And my boyfriend fought over the duvet all night!

Room was very spacious and the food was reasonable too. Other than that, not a great deal going for it. I use hotels and report on them weekly and found this to be one of the lower standards of hotels I have used.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived (one hour late). We were offered a complimentary drink which we declined because we didn't want to sit in the bar at the time. When the room was eventually ready, there was no applogy for the delay. We had an evening meal which was reasonably priced but nothing to write home about. Scruffy surroundings to the hotel car park (dumped matresses/rubbish etc) could do with a good tidy up.

Was very disapointed as only one set of towels between 2 of us, it was xmas eve and bar and restaurant had closed 9pm, and also radiator would not turn of, so was to hot to sleep

Good location, rooms were excellent, good range of choice for meals.

There was nothing I did not like.
