Decent and cheap with great access to Charnwood Forest The breakfast is not included in the price, continental and full English breakfasts are charged separately which ended in some of us unknowingly having to pay for two breakfasts simply by taking cereal from the buffet spread. Better to go elsewhere for breakfast as coffee was instant and cold, and service slow. |

the rooms were spotless and the bed's were so comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities in the room very good and there was a hair dryer which saved me lugging mine about - also liked the chalet style of the rooms |

The fact that when we found the room we had been allocated had not been cleaned, the receptionist on duty upgraded us. The breakfast was disappointing. We had to ask for milk etc and the toaster burned all the toast and apparently could not be turned down. The walls in my daughter's room were so thin that she was kept awake until past midnight as she could hear every word from the next room. |

The rooms were comfortable and clean with good access as the area is 'drive-in'. The adjoining pub facilities were very poor in both food quality and service. |

Hotel was an excellent location for our break on a long journey. It was extremely good value, (both for hotel and meals), clean and friendly service. I would certainly stay there again. |

The chalet style bedrooms. The first room allocated smelt very damp and it was very small with the double bed against an outside wall; however, staff allocated another immediately. |

The room was very clean and comfy and away from the busy bar/restaurant. Every time I left the room I couldnt get back in I had to get reception to let me in! |

The bedroom was confortable, well equiped, spacious, not close by the pub, car park in front of the room There was only one towel for the bath for two persons : we have asked about it but didn't get a second towel. The continental breakfast is not very good (caffee, orange juice...) |
