Recently refurbished, very clean. Excellent facilities. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Would use again.

Noisy guest leaving at 3.00am!

The guest house was very clean & stylishly decorated. It was within easy walking distance for the station, buses, town centre & restaurants. The breakfasts were good and the owners were very friendly & helpful. Would definately recommend to other travellers.

Clean and comfortable, Carol and Richard make sure you have everything you need. The breakfast is extensive and well prepared, and the hosts friendly. They are close to sea, shops and theatre. Will be using again

Lovely room, spotlessly clean and a great breakfast. The property is beautifully decorated and the owners are delightful. Well situated near the beach and Beachy Head. I would stay here again.

Very clean - recently decorated to a very good standard. Quiet and restful. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast icl. in price. Very good for 2/3 day stay in seaside town also close to the sea.

For me not close enough to the town centre - although close to the theatres. A good 20 min. walk to town centre shops. The hotel is typical bed and breakfast - lots of steep stairs to navigate. With the redecoration en-suites have been added to the rooms this has resulted in fairly small rooms and an extremely compact en suite. Although our room was a standard room - presumably a superior double room would be more spacious - but then the price was not competitive.

Excellent location just behind the Grand Hotel in Eastbourne. Very close to the seafront and only 15 minutes walk to the centre of town. Very clean, tidy & comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Great value

Bathroom very small but clean

Very noisy due to thin bedroom walls, very small room couldn't get around the bed.

I like The Cherry Tree Guest House for being a cozy little place, nice and clean, good breakfast (good choice), friendly staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.
