Quiet stay and convenient location. Nice breakfast although was not included in price.
No food or drink available during the day
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.
I did not like noise from other guests who were shouting and laughing until around 3 a.m. this was very unsettling and made me feel unsafe as a woman on my own. Doors were being slammed and I could even hear the guest next door urinating in their bathroom!!
Every thing apart from the enormousness spider.(fortunately ejected from my bed by my very brave husband).
Very large spider on the bed
food was amazing
Very clean and friendly hotel, they met our needs and the courtyard is lovely
Everything you need for a good stay
Cleaning could of been a bit better
Comfort of the room and quietness
Paving outside is noisy if anyone comes past with a case on wheels. A set continental breakfast would be a good incentive to stay for breakfast and many would then purchase more.
No fridge in the room.
Location to the party. Friendliness of the staff. Value for money.
Room too hot. Sheets smelt musky. Room generally tired and in need of make over.
Good sized room and comfortable bed.
Breakfast waitress attitude could be improved (or perhaps she was just having a bad day).
Nicely secluded Pleasant reception staff Plenty of parking space
Good value for one night
The rooms are very clean and comfortable - if not the latest design - however - it doesn't matter with this hotel - good location , lovely, helpful staff and good rooms for the price.
We arrived about 9.30pm on a Sunday night - no problem with no food available - but the bar had also closed at 7pm - rather un-inviting - we could have gone prepared had we known - however - I didn't notice the info when I booked - I have stayed here several times so just booked - I think the Sunday night difference should be more apparent when booking.
I could not get a pot of tea in the afternoon for friends that we had arranged to meet at the hotel l found it very strange for a hotel was told i had tea making in my room
Friendly and attentive staff. Tired but clean decor. A proper iron and iron board provided.
It can be noisey as the doors are heavy and slam shut. It is very warm in the rooms in summer.
Tea/Coffee facilities in room Convenient travel access
Other noisy guests at 12:30 am Pillow uncomfortable Toilet not completely clean
food was superb and location was very quiet
I stayed here on a business trip recently and chose it because of the convenient location. I was not overly impressed with the reception staff whom I had to actually find when I checked in at 5pm. I rang the doorbell on the desk several times and eventually found the staff member in the restaurant. She then kept going on and on about the fact that I'd booked with booking.com so amongst other things I couldn't pay for my breakfast as well as the room on check in. I'd have to pay in the morning. The room was rather nondescript, quite large with a comfy bed but the bathroom was very dated. I had dinner in the gallery restaurant which had miserable looking staff (I didn't get a single smile out of my waitress) but the food was quite nice.
I thought it was quite expensive for what it was and not to include breakfast for that price is a bit cheeky. I'm just lucky I could claim it back on expenses and didn't pay for it myself!
we have stayed in other hotels in the area, which were similar rooms, and included breakfast, for less money.we thought more money meant more , not so in this case we got less.
Surrounding area very nice. Didn't hear any noice from other guests even though there were events on.
The room was far too hot, not enought pillows either. Decor dated and tired looking. No tea bags in room.
Rooms comfortable, food and staff good.value for money.
Rooms although comfortable were a little tired, shower could be updated.
i have stayed before at the chichester Hotel and as always it never fails to please.
the gardens very nice room was nice tv did not work but did not mind, the location was excellent
staff have a fag out side not a good look, and no one at the
the staff are nice and location are good but that is it
you get the room and nothing else no free wifi you even cut back on biscuits in the room how penny pinching is that dining quality is disappointing I have to go out for food ie to the carpenters
