Location was ideal as we were attending a wedding in Bournemouth. The breakfast was excellant and the staff were very efficient and helpful. We requested a parking space and that was even reserved for us. We were very happy with every aspect of the hotel and would stay there again if we visit that area of the UK. |

There was no cold water, The room was tiny and had no form of air con or fan, if you touched the windows it left black mold marks on your hands.Parking was a nightmare. Our room was dark because the window was over shadowed by the building next to us. We ordered 2 meals via room service we waited for 1. |

It was a great location across the road from the beach & also to shopping in the centre of bournemouth town - about 15/20 mins walk away. I made cup a soup on the first night & noticed that the cups had not been replaced with clean ones the next morning - i can only guess that they were rinsed in the bathroom sink - - as they still strongly smelt of the soup i'd made. Bed springs prominant in places.Windows were old style ones which had to be raised..shook in the strong wind! No iron/ board in room. |

Booked room in hotel as a single occupant. Was pleased to have a good sized room with a sea view, as well as it not being up in the attic. |

The hotel was comfortable, could do with a little updating, with carpets etc. I had a good nights sleep as the beds were comfortable, the decor was good, room size adequate, excellent view. Would not be my choice in the heat of the summer as there was no air conditioning. We only had breakfast, which was very good and hot, and the bar prices were good. The lift is small and only holds three people or one person and luggage, so in peak season it could be a long wait, or many trips to the car |

We booked accommodation/dinner special and were running late. I phoned ahead to ask what time the kitchen closes. The lady on the desk said to call back if we were going to be too late and she would get the chef to put aside some cold meats/salad or something. We did arrive too late, but they sent us to a nearby hotel where the kitchen is open a bit later. Really nice of them. Staff were... It was really too warm in the room when I went to bed. Presumably there is a centralised temperature control because I couldn't locate one in the room. I had to open both windows, which I felt pretty guilty about as it's a waste of energy but it was just too hot to sleep. |

We did not stay after viewing the room even though the Manager kindly offered complimentary dinner for two. In the room - paper was peeling off the ceiling and missing on part of the wall, a window pane was cracked, the wash basin was cracked and the shower would not fit on the wall bracket |
