The atmosphere friendly
Comfortable bar/restaurant. well appointed bedroom. Fantastic food! Lovely staff. Beautiful views.
Bathroom needs towel rail for bath towels. Updating of bath - bath plug did not stop water running away therefore not really possible to have a bath!
Location and size of room
The bed, the headboard made a mouse every time a movement was made, also the noise from next doors bathroom kept me awake.
Location, close enough to walk into Moelfre. Very clean, beautiful bar/lounge area, lovely restaurant & great food at a good price. Plenty of parking spaces
Nothing, everything was lovely
Comfortable room. Very close to the coast and ideal for walks on the coastal path. Great breakfast and good menu for evening meals.
Staff,Service & breakfast were excellent. nice bar & patio. 2 out of 3 of us had Good nights sleep no noise bed was firm but not to hard.
Could not get a good wi fi signal & the DIY in rooms was a bit tatty. 1 out of 3 of us was disturbed by neibours noise & creaking floor at night.
Friendliness of staff.Good cask beers. Good breakfast.
Comprehensive and delicious breakfast Dog friendliness Attentive and friendly staff comfortable bed
Food excellent Location Bar and lounge area
Customer service Decoration pretty basic given the price Lack of attention to detail - no milk in room Didnt automatically clean the room each day we were asked it we wanted it servicing - it should be automatic.

Menu could be refreshed
top class food
the bathroom was a let down shower suddenly turned hot which could be very dangerous
The family room was well decorated and the food was very nice. Hotel is easy to find with a lovely village and beaches nearby. Staff were very helpful when my husband needed to see a doctor. Also they have gluten free bread which is great.
Room was above the bar which was very loud on the Monday night. Also small things needed fixing, i.e. Headboard on the double bed was loose and rattled, and the ladder to the bunks had a couple of screws missing.
Location - set back from the road and peaceful. Excellent food and good value too. Genuinely friendly staff - made to feel very comfortable
Lack of to 'put things' in the shower room, i.e.hang towels and place own toiletries. A minor niggle
staff and location
Position, excellent food, good value.
Lovely Inn but lacked care. Outside very poor, needed weeding.Unable to clean bathroom to a high standard, even after a complaint.
The inn was just ten mins walk from the centre of Moelfre and therefore ideally placed for the coastal walk which we did. The food in the restaurant was excellent although the menu is quite small. All dishes were really well presented and it was clear that a great deal of effort goes into to preperation. Beds were really comfy and the staff very friendly
The walls are very thin which meant we couldnt sleep past 7 due to others moving about and a dog barking.
Fabulous breakfast and wonderful views particularly from the superior bedroom. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Rooms quite small apart from superior. Walls thin could hear baby crying next door late at night and from 6 am each morning. Evening meal disappointing, very chewy lamb and cloudy beer !
Reception (Vicky?) was superb and went out of her way to help resolve a lost phone and hire car problem. Breakfast was perfect.
Bedroom double glazed windows seals still need replacing, as it blocks the fantastic views. Restaurant menu could do with more snacks.
Home style cooking, well managed & very friendly & helpful staff
Potholes in drive
We stayed for 3 nights while in anglesey for a wedding . Location, food and staff were wonderful. Our only complaint was the lack of noise insulation ! Our room was above the restaurant and you could hear every word, as you could from the next room. If this could be resolved it would be perfect, but this one issue would probably stop me from visiting again as I was woken several times by voices from next door, albeit not raised voices!

Having to go home ;)
