Stayed as a last minute destination as we moved through Wales. The outside compared to others in the area can be deceiving but don't let it trick you. From the moment we walked in we felt walcomed, shown to our room which was upgraded free;) Perfect quiet location, only a short walk to the main streets. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely everything was fantastic! I had a bath in a bathtub I always dreamed of ... we could see the Great Orme and the sea from the biggest bed I've slept in ... with the most comfy mattress and pillow ... and it was magically/electronically moving as well. What a treat!

Great location, warm and friendly hosts. Fantastic, comfortable beds, great shower/steam room. Large contemporary room with large sofa which was welcome, great breakfast. Quiet location, but very close to sea and all amenities. Ample on and off-street parking. Would definitely stay again. 5 stars. Nothing. Couldn't fault it.

Friendly, comfortable, warm welcome with a very good standard of rooms and personal facilities for a comfortable nights sleep. The honesty bar is a nice touch and the breakfast is exceptional!

Very good bedroom and hosts excellent. Price was good value. Heating in bedroom could not cope with the cold as windows single glazed and was therefore cold. Lounge a little cramped and could do with updating/thought going into it.

I loved the décor of the hotel. Our room was spotless & beautiful. The bed was lush. The staff were very friendly. Joni & Mark even created a guide book themselves, such a lovely idea! We went with some of the recommendations in the book as well. That we we're only staying one night!
