All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Great staff (usually). Have stayed here for the last 5 years - so obviously we like it, mainly as the location and staff are great. However, this year we had major problems with noise - with people getting blind drunk in the hotel bar and making their loud (and very laboured) way to bed. The staff (otherwise great) did not try and resolve this, and will definitely stay somewhere else next year. |

The staff were nice, but the hotel was tired and needed updating. Stated it was a short walk from town but in actual fact was a long steep walk, it felt like a moutaiin.Also the restaurant, was expecting really good food, but wished I ate in a cafe, which would have been better.. |

We thought the staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the breakfast. |

Pour les non anglais il y a aucun possibilité d'utilliser electrique. La prise (France, Benelux) marche pas et au Hotel il n'a pas un prise pour adapter. |

Tout a été parfait. Cadre très cottage, bar ( déco Mauresque très chic) et restaurant très agréable. A 7mn du port à pied. La mauvaise qualité de notre lit. Lit de 140 et matelas bombé. Choisissez les chambres 1.2.4 ou .5 ; La 21 ( la notre) était superbe et une des 5 les plus spacieuse, mais deçus par la literie. |

Situation très calme, un peu loin du centre (20 minutes à pied en côte). Les chambres sont très sonores (on entend tout ce qui se passe d'une chambre à l'autre).Tout le personnel (lithuanien) est charmant mais ne maitrise pas très bien l'anglais. Pas de bureau de change à la réception. |

Le personnel est accueillant et la chambre était charmante. L'hôtel est situé près du centre ville, ce qui permet de se déplacer à pied mais cela reste un endroit calme. |

Hotel agréable, quoique situé pas loin d'un carrefour passager et donc un peu bruyant pour les chambres donnant sur la rue. Bar, restaurant et jardins convivials (déco sympa). Chambre un peu vieillotte. Attention pour les Français : à Guernesey on ne connait que la langue de shakespeare ! ( y compris à l'hotel .... ) |
