I enjoyed breakfast on each of my 4 day stay and thought the lunch I had on one occasion was excellent. No I did not experience any problems. |

The staff were nice, but the hotel was tired and needed updating. Stated it was a short walk from town but in actual fact was a long steep walk, it felt like a moutaiin. Also the restaurant, was expecting really good food, but wished I ate in a cafe, which would have been better.. |

We thought the staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the breakfast. |

We arrived late due to flight problems, after kitchen closed at 21.30. Manager most helpful though in personally providing emergency sandwiches. Young receptionist very helpful on arrival late Thursday evening. Difficult to find Hotel in dark from route provided from Airport. A bit noisy with slamming doors overnight. Not a very exciting menu. |

very little. The reception staff were pleasant but apart from this there was very little to recommend For the grade I thought the hotel was generally very poor, the bathroom and toilet facilities reminded me of a poor Greek hotel |

Good location, close to St Peter Port. The hotel is on the site of the WW2 German Naval Command Bunker - which was interesting! I thought we paid quite a high price for the aqccomodation |

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also comfortable. I liked the thoughtful extras like a small bottle of water in the room. Also the room was a nice size for use as a single. |

We had a nice terrace outside the room. The staff were appalling, the rudest I have ever experienced, they made us feel very unwelcome and I would never stay in this hotel again. It was also quite tired looking, it definitely was not worth the money we spent. |
