Breakfast was located in the main building dining area. There are two options; complimentary and paid. I had both options over my stay and enjoyed each one. The food preparation and quality were above expected. All staff members were friendly throughout my entire stay, always willing to answer my questions and offer helpful suggestions. This historic hotel has become an integral part of the community over the decades as there were birthday, first communion, and anniversary celebrations held in the dining room. As well, the bar area often held locals and visitors enjoying sports and a round or two. I would happily return to La Collinette upon my next Guernsey visit. Cheers!
