Very good breakfast
Décor; comfort, location, staff and a superb breakfast.
car parking a bit limited,
The proprietor was welcoming without being effusive. The quality of all fittings and furniture was excellent and the breakfast quite a bit special!
Great location, excellent rooms and service. Breakfast choice excellent, would not hesitate to stay there in the future.
Very friendly and helpful staff, great position for walking into Brecon. Very nice room, comfortable and stylish. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
Nothing! Only slight thing was that duvet was a little too warm for us but that's just personal preference.
The rooms were absolutely spotless, extremely comfortable and well presented. Breakfast had a vast choice and well prepared. Welsh rarebit with bacon to be recommended!!
From the road this B&B is possibly not the most attractive, but it is well worth a stay here. Once inside the property it is brilliant!
Breakfast was the best we have had, for choice, and presentation, Staff very friendly, Rooms modern, clean, comfortable, with everything you need for your stay
Everything was great and Tony and Mark were most understanding when we were late for breakfast because of car problems. Loved the yummy toffees! Eight week old Megan (puppy) was just so cute and Tony took a photo of us with her!
Only place we stayed at that didn't have a king size bed, but we knew that before we stay so this comment is not a complaint.
Friendly & helpful staff. Room was clean & comfortable as was bathroom. Room service available. Breakfast was delicious.
The owners are exceptionally friendly and welcoming without being intrusive
Noise from the road and from other rooms
The friendly and accommodating Staff. The exceptional standard of the Breakfast Menu Service was second to none
Everything location welcome bathroom facilities BREAKFAST
Fabulous hosts, delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. It is clean and modern, would definitely return.
Two small gripes..the shower over the bath (we'll ask for a freestanding shower next time) and our room was at the front on a busy road so would ask for a back room.
We stayed one night for Brecon Jazz (Burt Bacharach). The Coach House is beautifully fitted out, decorated and furnished; there wasn't anything we would do differently. The proprietors were friendly, helpful, amusing - well done Marc! Room was lovely, bathroom nice, breakfast in the dining room was a joy - the menu spoils you for choice - and there's even a gorgeous garden for sitting out where you can watch the birds feeding and the kitchen herbs growing. Regarding location, it's easy to get in by car and it's a short walk into town over the bridge - pause and watch the duck dynasty below.
We didn't like only having one night there! Would have been lovely to sit in the garden reading a book or just pondering the meaning of life.
Location - near the centre of town and within walking distance from my place of work Very friendly staff Great breakfast Lovely large bed Ironing facilities on request
Not much space! The room I had was in the attic and, therefore, low ceilings and cramped. I felt claustrophobic at times. I could have no doubt asked to change but had no inclination after unpacking. The price - I think it must have been because of the time of year but £95pn is expensive for a room that size with a cramped shower room.
The friendly owners, locally sourced food, best breakfast ever! Location, comfort and luxury touches in the room
I enjoyed the cleanliness and lovely decorated rooms. The hosts were very helpful and hospitable. They were very knowledgeable about Brecon and the surroundings, and also gave valuable tips about a later stop on my holiday. The breakfasts are lovely as well as varied. They are not only very tasty and filling, they are also well presented. I won't hesitate to stay here if I should find myself in Brecon once more.
Everything and the modernness
A brilliant host very helpful and friendly. Lovely room and a delicious breakfast.
Everything. Attention to detail was second to none. Very Farrow and Ball and tasteful. Wonderful breakfast menu. We need to go back to sample more offerings. Extremely helpful hosts and great Italian ice cream parlour nearby.
Nothing to not like!
The hotel is very clean and smell good.
very welcoming, food excellent to big servings for small eaters like us, would definitely stay again and recommend to any one. a really enjoyable two days
a little to far from centre for me as I cannot walk that far had to use the car. well within walking distance for most people
Although we only stayed one night it was an enjoyable stay with a warm welcome and excellent breakfast. Everywhere was clean and well presented.
Our first impression of the property was not good but we were pleasantly surprised by what we saw inside.
Excellent breakfast, very welcoming staff, overall a great experience.
