A fantastic cosy yet luxurious place, very well located within Brecon town and for walking in the Brecon Beacons. Wonderful warm friendly staff who really went the extra mile. Amazing breakfasts! I couldn't fault the place at all - one of the nicest places we've ever stayed.

The owner was really friendly and helpful. He provided lots of useful information on arrival and phoned a local restaurant to book a table for us. He took us up to the room demonstrating how to use equipment and ensure we were happy. The breakfast was excellent. There were lots of options available and the portions were generous. I had the cooked breakfast, which was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious.

Friendly, warm, welcoming, authentic, relaxed, attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble, convenient location. They go the extra mile - it was a frosty morning and they de-iced my car so that I could make an early start - without being asked to do so.

Exceptional hospitality! This hotel feels like home immediately. Marc had loads of information on what to see and do in the surrounding areas. And the breakfasts are truely worth mentioning. Lots of choice between Welsh dishes! If we ever went back to Brecon, we would certainly stay there again.

Good parking facility, convenient access to rooms once checked in, left to ourselves, excellent breakfast. good local character in the decor. Overall quite clean rooms but air freshner was overpowering, Friendly and helpful staff who tried to think of everything we needed. Welsh character comes through. Good secure access to rooms. Inconvenient check in times, no credit card payment, noisy party over the road, on main road so traffic noise does come across but double glazing does reduce this.

De inn is gelegen aan een rustige doorgaande weg. De omgeving (Pembrokeshire Coast National park en Gwaun valley) is prachtig. De beheerders zijn vriendelijke mensen. De kamers en keuken zijn goed.
