On the seafront in Mumbles, with spectacular sea views of Swansea Bay, this small, charming, family-run guest house prides itself on its comfortable accommodation and tasty breakfasts. The Coast House has just 7 rooms, guaranteeing its guests friendly, attentive, individual service and a quiet, relaxing break. All of the rooms are en suite and most of the rooms have good sea views. Each room has a hairdryer, fluffy towels, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities and a TV with Freeview digital channels. The price includes a full cooked breakfast, with a choice of fruit juices, cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt. As it is only a small guest house, the Coast House cannot provide 24-hour check-ins. Guests should provide their arrival time in advance, in order to ensure that they can be checked-in. The Coast House is a family-run guest house with over 30 years experience of looking after guests. i liked the location very much lovely views breakfst was lovely when we got back late in the evening the heating was on but it must have been on a timer because both my wife and i woke in the night absoulutly freezing cold the quilt was wafer thin and we couldnt wait to have breakfast and go it was that cold.

The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. We really enjoyed staying there. Also breakfast was great! It was a bit expensive, especially considering we stayed there during the off season.

The accomodation was very clean, tidy and well kept. The staff were all pleasant and attentive and my wife and I enjoyed our stay. Restaurants close by.We would use the Coast House again No real complaints. Just want to point out that the shower enclosure was a bit limited/small side and the LCD flatscreen TV was rather small.

My room has a bathroom so it is very convenient. It is also faced with the sea so nice view embraced my vision. The full English breakfast was also delicious and my host and hostess are very hospitable. They are easygoing and nice people. Anyway, The Coast House has a quiet environment which I really love.

Breakfast was excellent. Location just right....far enough away from the shops and yet still walkable. Staff very friendly. En-suite was very cramped. Room could have done with a 'spring clean' - cobwebs on curtain rail. Suggestion... selection of fruit tea with the coffee/tea tray - not everyone likes tea and coffee.
