Score from 203 reviews Very good
The Premier Inn Bridgend Central is very close to the M4 highway and has free parking, a Harvester restaurant and family-friendly rooms with luxury power showers.
Score from 159 reviews Excellent
This charming Grade II Listed building is situated 5 minutes from the M4. It is thought to have been a gift from Queen Elizabeth I to the Earl of Leicester.
Score from 30 reviews Excellent
Just off junction 35 of the M4 freeway, this Premier Inn is in Pencoed, with free parking, family-friendly rooms with private bathrooms and an on-site Table Table restaurant.

Service was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, even though we didn't enjoy the food in the restaurant we discussed the meal with the manager who was fantastic and waivered some of the bill. Will be staying again soon.
Disappointed with the food in the a la carte restaurant.
Ambiance, Staff, Organisation of function team and attention to detail. excellent breakfast
The views when you arrive are breathtaking. Staff very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and a good size. Great to have a dressing gown! I ordered room service which arrived in good time and was very good.
The music in the restaurant at breakfast was far too loud.
Beautiful original interior also very comfortable surroundings. Helpful staff. Good value appart from restaurant. A very pleasant stay.
Bar meals in the lounge eaten off coffee tables. Smell of food and chips was very off putting for residents as there was no separate lounge. The restaurant was good but much too expensive. Maybe lower prices in the restaurant would encourage more people to use it and reduce bar meals. I could not link on to the Wi Fi as it kept on refusing passwords.
Very Comfy Bed Great Breakfast
The music in the restaurant was a bit loud and repetitive.
No phone signal in areas .... Stayed in coach house which is decorated boutique style and was very tastefully done...other parts of the hotel were 'older' ...
Great, peaceful location. Country house character has been retained, don't change the décor!
More suitable seating in the lounge bar for dining would be great.
Lovely hotel, we were married there 2 years ago & returned for our anniversary.
The bed comfort in room 11. The restaurant menu was quite limited & we asked to see the menu twice. & it still wasn't ready at 7.30 pm
staff, location view service etc...
the most important part of a hotel stay is the quality of sleep. the hotel seems to have been done up beautifully but the bed that I slept on has not. Surely that is more important then a newly covered chair or new curtains.
Very peaceful, good rooms and staff also large grounds make it special
Service was very good except for the Bartender
1 - Didn't like the Bartender asking for "Room Card" every time when he knew you were a guest and had given you service w/o it the first day of three and then refused service; 2 - Hard to find, signs were overgrown with trees and shrubs; 3 - Didn't like being charged a higher rate for Saturday night, last of a 3 day stay
Loved the balcony Loved the food Service was fantastic Staff couldn't do enough to help Very clean
we had to leave ha ha
Staff, rooms and food
Check in was smooth and quick and I was soon in my well appointed room. As with most hotels, the lighting in the bedroom was a bit dim but acceptable. Restaurant food was of excellent quality and attentively served.
The wi-fi system expects you to enter your date of birth and a mobile number and will not connect if they are not provided. This is poor - I do not give that sort of personal information out randomly - and is totally unnecessary.
Nothing to not like
Nice location Well fitted rooms Reasonably priced bar Great Shower
Staff generally very good but let down by a few that need a bit of Training Lack of air conditioning on a hot night and noise from Wedding party if you left all windows open meant it was difficult to sleep Kitchen needs to up its game as it is really 2+* at best Lots of bugs in the bathroom
Location, room and staff all very good. Service was excellent and the meal was good.
Shower was a dissapointment
Peaceful location.. like waking up in a forest!
Rooms and facilities very good breakfast excellent Staff polite Very clean and tidy
Poor choice of food No proper tables to eat in lounge bar Seating too low
Housekeeper entered our room at 9.30 am whilst we were sleeping and woke up us. Quite upsetting and annoying. Room was too hit with no air con.
Lovely rooms of a high standard. Beautiful setting
Food lunch ( sandwiches) food evening was excellent although they forgot the veg my son and his wife's steak wasn't cooked as requested hers too well done his not done enough it was very thin didn't seem like rib eye as on menu ordered a birthday cake it was from tescos ! Very disappointed and they offered it I expected a bit more it wasn't even taken off of board and it was crooked !
Wasn't greeted at breakfast didn't realise there was fruit cereal waitress didn't say I said is it buffet what's the ropes she said there's the menu very unfriendly although breakfast was ok smoked haddock very small
The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast was wonderful.
Possibly more home cooked style food? Slightly dated decor to the main reception area.
Everything . The staff were great
