When I arrived at the hotel, I was welcomed, and given my room key. I was travelling with my daughter who decided on the spot she wanted to return home, (we do not live in England), and the hotel manager bent himself over backwards to try to sort out the problem. I was very surprised and very grateful to him for all the effort he made. |

Nice & clean, location is ideal for pleasure beach, bit far too the centre of blackpool but is a nice walk on a nice night, if not its only 5 mins on the tram. Staff were really nice and made us feel really welcome. Breakfast was ok nothing special but decent for the price. Overall quite good and would consider staying again. Double bed was actually 2 singles which kept coming completely apart(4ft). |

Our stay was very enjoyable. We had a great view of the sea and the illuminations. The staff were very helpful and curteous. The rooms were up to a standard that we expected. Myself/wife and three kids had a pleasant two night stay and would definately return. |

I liked the friendly manner of the staff and being made to feel very welcome, also the location was perfect for where i wanted to visit in blackpool. Pehaps the family room i booked could have been a little bigger. |

location was good, breakfast service was good, the parking was poor, the rooms were to hot and no scope for adjustment to the point that it was uncomfortable, we had rooms on the third floor and the hot water for the shower was poor no pressure. |

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We took a chance to go to Blackpool and picked this hotel out of a hat. Its location was perfect and away from the maddening crowds, the sea view was excellent, although the facilities were fairly basic, the price reflected as such. I would definately use this hotel again and would not hesitate in recommending to anyone. The windows could have been cleaner |
