absolutely fine. very helpful and friendly staff.

The staff (Narinda) on the Front desk was very friendly and helpful. he was very Polite and informative about the room and of the timings of Breakfast for the following morning.

I was comfortable there However the hot tap on the shower didn't work and the toilet leaked and there was no reception on the tv.

No hot water the fan was loud the toilet leaked the hot tap in the shower didn't work no reception on the television.

There's annice grafveyeard not too far away with an interesting gothic arch...

The room was hot, the fan only worked part times and even the hallway had air-conditioning... Street very noisy outside, Bed and wall cracked. No water pressure, and not drinkable water in room. Sheesh- the list is too long, I give up!

There were ants everywhere in my room.

The staff were quite friendly, from the reception staff to the kitchen staff. The service was reliable as the staff is available 24 hours. Everything the hotel said they'd offer online was excellent, not disappointed at all.

Based on what the hotel said they would offer, there isn't anything I didn't like. However I suggest, the lack of wifi internet as this is now a necessity in the modern day. Since this is a 'hotel', hotels should have standards a bit more than b & Bs. Hotels should serve more than breakfast alone and if a lunch or dinner menu was available, this would improve their standards. Also, cable television may seem like a demand, but these things are found in hotels. Roadside noise and the occasional neighbours' noise may also be a disadvantage. When anyone enters any premises, the scent of the room should be welcoming (smell nice).

The room was very hot. Very noisy and without any double glazing. Any way I will not prefer to choose it again. It is average and good but not my type. Thanks for getting my feed back.

As bebidas disponíveis para venda na recepção eram baratas e os funcionários atenciosos.

Difícil acesso, muito distante da região central, a limpeza é ruim, não trocam as toalhas e lençois(ficamos cinco dias!), e o prédio é antigo, precisa de uma reforma nos quartos e de um frigobar.

El personal a diferencia del Pecham Lodge que tiene muy buenas instalaciones pero que es una porqueria el personal. Los encargados de recepcion disfrutan de un ambiente muy familiar. los alimentos frios de la recepcion son muy baratos a comparacion del costo que le ponen en Startford. Tine una tienda en una gasolinera en la cuadra de al lado, que trabaja las 24 hrs. O sea que uno nunca se quedara sin comer. El desayuno ingles es el mejor que he comido y viene incluido en el costo de la habitacion, eso si hay que pararse muy temprano. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y esta muy cerca de Stratdord City. El desayuno ingles esta bueno.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and of a good size. Not a bad budget hotel! Not far from walthamstow central so great location too

Our room wasn't cleaned on the first day we were there. But was cleaned everyday after that

The staff were friendly, the included breakfast was great, the price was decent, having a kettle, fridge and a tv in the room made it a better stay and also having an en-suite. The 24 hour service meant we could come back late after going to the games and also made us feel safer.

The room, but the bathroom especially, could have been cleaner and there was a rat poison pot in the room under the bed which was rather concerning.

Nice English (or continental) breakfast. We were lucky to check in earlier. Nice rooms, big bathroom, comfy beds. Some cheap take-away food around the corner.

It was dirty

We went to Alexandra Palace to see some music and it was a very good price compared to other hotels in the location. If you want somewhere cheap to sleep for a few hours only after a night out it's fine. Clean enough and quiet enough.

Get a taxi home as the area is a bit rough. The guys on reception didn't know much about the surrounding area and couldn't advise on how to get to Wood Green which was only a few miles away. Also the breakfast is served ridiculously early for a Sunday 0630 - 0830, and 1000 check out!!

They said on the site that there's parking facility but they never say you are meant to pay 5 pounds payday for parking until u get there. They also say that there's is dvd player, which is also a lie you have to pay 5 pounds deposite to get a player and the room I stayed does not look like a double room, it was a single room with a double bed. Their pillows are not good at all. In short words the hotel is not a good standard.

Hotelkamer was een dag te laat pas klaar, wel een passende oplossing gevonden door tijdelijk een andere kamer te gebruiken.

could have been a few more tea bags in room as we do not drink coffee and there was no milk for tea the cups were on the small side and burnt your hands when held with hot liquid in them bath towels a little small
