Amazing level of service, sheer luxury and comfort, quiet and centrally situated, excellent breakfast, nothing is a problem. asked about computer to check in for flight and was provided with a laptop and printer in my room at no cost for the first 2.5 hours. |

Dat de portier alle begrip had voor onze klachten en een ander hotel voor ons regelde! (Claridge's). Wij kregen een kamer met een vrijwel geblindeerd raam. Het "uitzicht" was op steigers en bouwwerkzaamheden. Lawaai van werklieden vanaf 8 uur in de ochtend! Zijn dan ook na één nacht vertrokken. |
