I have stayed many times at the Connaught because I find it one of the nicest places to stay in London. It is exclusive without being pompous, the location is great and the service super.

Cosy and elegant The deluxe room I had had a bad view on a courtyard and very little light. I wondered if this was because I had used ebooking instead of a direct booking with the hotel.

Le personnel est au petit soins et toujours souriant. L'hôtel a subi une réfection pour le "moderniser" mais il a su garder son àme. L'ambiance est restée résolument anglaise, ce qui fait tout son charme.Pas comme certains autres hôtels prestigieux à Londres ( sans le nommer le Brown's) qui suite à une nouvelle décoration leur fait ressembler à n'importe quel hôtel de luxe dans le monde et de ce fait on perdu tout leur attrait. Pourquoi aller à Londres pour rester dans un hôtel qui n'est pas le reflet du style de son pays? Merci Connaught d'être rester vous-même .

accueil et amabilité du personnel P.D Englih breakfast à 31Pounds sans fruits sans cereales sans yaourt ect:......... c'est abuser! chambre vieillote et trop petite pour ce type d'hotel.Moquette non nickel. avons la douloureuse impression que les chambres retenues par booking.com sont toujours les plus mauvaises.
