Bar Food excellent and very good value.
Although ideal for short stay, not the most luxurious of hotels.
Location of hotel as convenient to town centre.
Room was not very clean
Price and location. Had everything we needed.
Room was very warm, but it couldn't be helped really as it was a very stuffy night.
4th floor bit scary on night other then Good.
4 th floor outside corridor ex-dinning room very dark & scary.
Friendly staff, clean, relative comfort. Near where we wanted to be.
No noise insulation from neighbours or users of corridor. Very noisy door-closing (sounded like a gunshot when dosing!) and leaking bath-soap into bath.
Booked hotel for car parking but could'nt get on small car park
Easy to book good price and good quality place
The decor in the dining room was very appealing. It was lovely to have a lift in this hotel. This hotel could offer a lot.
It was unfortunate that one new staff member seemed to have been left in charge of both the bar and the waiting tables and trying to cope with a till that would only take £10.00 or £20.00. There seemed to be a problem with flies too on the. 3rd floor
had a great night sleep. Room was very clean and comfy, would deffo stay again, staff were great.
The staff could not do enough very friendly
. Carpets was wet and smelt of damp .breakfast when we went down noone was there for a while and this was 9am .very old fashioned .bath had hairs in it .bathroom smelt
Another lovely stay, can not fault this place... one thing would even make it more than excellent would be a costa coffee machine , and think a lot of guests would be happy to pay to take to rooms, or us there rushing to check out.x
Everything was amazing, we'll definitely stay again!
everything was good.
Good parking , helpfull staff, nice breakfast
The room I stop in number 9 was very unclean very poor.
close to all local pubs and the town breakfast very good
not a 24 hour bar
Bed was broke in middle which led to waking up with a bad back
Reasonably central for purpose of my visit.
A bit noisy with doors banging during the night.
Everything from the look of the hotel to the decor, the room, the staff, parking, wifi... everything. will 100% not be returning or recommend to a family or friend. horrible location. shower is terrible to use (water all over the floor) lighting is poor in the room aswel as the layout, horrible smell. women in the reception is rude and unhelpful. Waste of money.
Rooms are too small, too hot in the building aswel as the room. Lighting isn't brilliant. Would not recommend anyone to stay and will not be returning. Women at the desk isn't very helpful.
Good parking and breakfast
Skirting board and walls were a bit grubby
Our stay at this hotel was amazing even though it was for one night, the staff were very accommodating in partical a Lady called Carol. She was heaven sent! She went beyond what was required, My family and I would stay there anytime.
