Good location and reasonably priced.
Beds were uncomfortable.
Only needed a room for the night as I was there with a group of work colleagues for training at the head office of my employer .. £35 for the night was a brilliant price .. It's ashame the corridors were out of date but the rooms were great
It's ashame there was a party going on downstairs the thumping music could be heard clearly till 1am which was ashame
No evening meals available at the weekend we stayed Continental breakfast only at weekends
Everything about the hotel was lovely. Nice and warm hotel.
The shower was not good, the water pressure was really low when on the hot water.
Bar person and the price of the room
No hot water in the room, poor lighting, very poor bed which was made up of 2 single beds put together. Extremely expensive wine but not many to choose from,no food available on the evening, no entertainment although it was New Years Eve!. I could go on and on!
I liked everything.
There was nothing wrong
Wr stayed here 6mths ago and it was a dump, we only decided to book this time as it was in the location and budget but was very pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and tidy. Much improved
A generator was on all night littlw annoying
Staff. Location. Reputation.
Bathroom needs attention. Soap drips into bath making it slippery.Bath tap incorrectly labelled hot and cold T V needed retuning or better instructions. No one around at the bar/ restaurant so we went elsewhere.
Cheap reasonable hotel
Room got too hot, limited channels to watch
Staff very friendly, check in easy , restaurant was very reasonable and food very good.
Room was slightly chilly but did eventually warm up within a few minutes.
Great Budget Hotel in easy walk of Wolverhampton City Centre. Just what was needed for a Christmas Night Out with work. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Free Car Park
There was some noise from outside which woke me up in the middle of the night.
Breakfast was nice with good service
The room was dirty and cold there was no toiletry complimentaries there was hair all over the room and bath room
Lots of spaces free in the car park
The smell (yes, in every part of the building) The staff; receptionist told me to wait when I approached her because "can't I see she's on the phone". I actually asked her later if she was feeling ok, which seemed to catch her out. Breakfast was sparse and overpriced. The welcome foyer was more retirement home than hotel.
bath room was dirty with mould on the shower screen and the paintwork looked very tired
The first room I was given had people already in the room - could have been very embarrassing . 2 nd room ok but broken tv and no wifi Won't use it again
Hotel needed a good lick of paint
Good Location, Seating area in reception nice and comfy, bed was comfy, room was warm, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel needs massive investment. Room was shabby, bath and sink needed replacing, needed a lick of paint, Outside sign lights didn't work, 'Hotel this way' sign wonky. A very tatty hotel. Breakfast was a bit naff, coffee machine was rubbish and tasted awful. The notorious lift was disgusting - stained carpet, smelly and a beer can thrown in the corner at 9.30am in the morning, so make sure you use the stairs!...
Room OK and well equipped
Noise from next door room late at night - walls not very thick ! Corridors dingy, carpet needs replacing
The staff and location
It was dirty so wouldnt entertain eating there and it was very noisy so ok for 1 night but woukdnt book again.
The room had a decent TV the usual facilities and it was quiet.
The Bar and the Breakfast, came in to the bar at 10.30, waited 5 mins no-one to serve, walked all the way round to reception to get someone and I had to do it each time I needed a drink, so did everyone else. Breakfast, Hot drinks were cold and weak and you had to help yourself.
The room was warm, cosy and comfortable. Everything worked. Good lighting in the bathroom with a great shower. Very good value for money, would definitely stay again. All staff very friendly and helpful.
The sink was dirty, not enough staff on breakfast duty, no breakfast left at 10:10 am....
no problems, just what we needed.
