Room is nice and has all facilities.
Food good bed very good
the room 327 was very smeky the toilet block the sink block the curtain was masty not happy thank u dean
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was okay. We had a meal in the restaurant which was quite nice but there are other places to eat if you want to walk further down the road.
The chairs and desk. Good size tv. Great location.
Was two single bed out together. Shower looked very dated. Tv channels were poor. Room was very small. Lighting was poor.
Loved the location 2mins from station and direct access to Piccadilly line so brill for sightseeing. Facilities fab.
Pool only usable by kids 9.30-11.30 and 3.30-5.30 which we found restrictive, especially as there was an aqua aerobics class 9.30-10.30 which meant we only really had an hour in the pool and started pur day later than we wanted to.
Breakfast was expensive with poor variety and instead of toast we got a plate stacked with bread. Very disappointing as the rest of our stay was great.
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
We were happy with the room and services. The only thing I would say is that the meals were expensive.
Been many times previous..always satisfied Close to town, shops, supermarket, excellent pub food and eating facilities
Wish they had a pool
Taps were filthy and rusty Swimming pool side was slanted and slippery
All of it
Location for our purposes was really good The staff were friendly Rooms cleaned and beds made every day with coffees and tea facilities refreshed The restaurant food was lovely and the service there was really good Able to use the pool and gym facilities which were good Overall really enjoyed our stay
Not transparent with pricing - needed to pay a security deposit which we were unaware of as nothing in paperwork to ask for. Also asked for photo id and again nothing to ask us for this in advance so did not take! Room was a bit tired with broken tiles in bathroom and shower not properly draining without assistance Not very much space for unpacking clothes - short wardrobe and no drawer space to speak of - so lived out of case!
The pictures don't match up with the way it actually looks. Also the heating wasn't working throughout the night so it was very cold. Would not stay there again.
Everything especially the staff I have never been wined and dined as I was there. The food was delicious .Swimming pool and sauna perfect. All the replacements in the room Tea coffee ect.were excellent. Thanks for making a wonderful four days very special.
spa, pool and gym equipment great
The television in the room kept switching off in the room for no reason. The staff were not helpful in resolving the situation. Car Park charges steep £15 per day. Rip Off.
Room was spacious.Good selection for breakfast.Spa facilities were excellent
Wear and tear in the bathroom was noticeable. The sink area and the tiles in the shower need clearing of mold. The floor boards were uneven and creaked when you walked on them.
The price was appealing at first...The tube station isn't far away at all.
First of all, the car park literally has about 10 spaces... at £15 a night! I stayed two nights and could have paid for a nicer hotel with free parking with the additional charge. The booking form is deceptive because it states 'private car park' but didn't state that you had to pay. Maybe this is my naivety, I'm not sure. I was checked in by a very rude receptionist. The air con was interesting in the room... by interesting I mean blew cold air out as and when it wanted to. The fuse went in the hairdryer... The deposit system is very confusing and wasn't well explained at the reception desk. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
It is good hotel for good value considering the hotel prices in London. It is very close to Hounslow Central underground station which is like 3 mins walk. Staff at reception is quite good, willing to help the best they can. Katia at reception was helpful in helping us change the rooms, our room had problem with noise coming from ceiling. Hotel is soundproof with windows closed (not best thing sometimes) though close to Heathrow we didnt hear any plane landing. Close to Hounslow Town Centre where there are many shops, markets and a pub. Direct tube line (Piccadilly) to Piccadilly Circus, British Museum, Natural History Museum and other attractions.
Not very close to city center which we knew beforehand, around 40 mins by tube to central London. Not all rooms are of the same standard, we were living in modernized room with big LCD TV and new furniture but had to change to another room which had more outdated furniture and small TV, which was OK, but still we preferred being in better room. They charge you 50 pounds per night deposit (returnable at check-out) at check-in, which is not very convenient. All in all don't think it can be rated as 4 star hotel.
Handy for visiting London and Windsor.
Room was very small and hot and the air con kept turning off. Of course there are no windows to open for fresh air as the noise from aircraft would be noisy. Shower was a bit dirty with mould. Tv didn't seem to want to work.
Good location close to local high street and stores. A couple mins from the tube.
Hotel was not a good 4 star but would be a decent 3 star. We were unsble to use spa facilities and
The gym facilities
The towels are too old. The lift is awful
Clean room,kettle with tea,coffee,hot chocolates,biscuites Iron,safe deposit box,40 inch Led,AC,Refrigrator,writing Table,Toiletries,nice swimming pool,suana etc
They get 50£ per day security from guest which is though returned at check out time but looks odd.
Hospitable Staff, Good gym and Swimming Pool, Good Restaurant
The location is very convenient for travelling to Heathrow, just few meters away from the underground station. The staff tried to help to solve the situation however our stay at this hotel was stressful. The Continental hotel looks good in paper but there are maintenance and managerial issues that make it fall short.
We were travelling with a baby. We were given a room with no electricity, when the light went out in the middle of the night there was no maintenance staff to fix it and we had to pack our things in the darkness to move to a different room, with all our luggage, the baby and her pushchair. That other room hadnt been renovated and it was of a much less stardand than the first one. Not all the rooms are the same During our 2 night stay, I could notice at least two more customers complaining at the front desk, one even threaning to sleep in the lobby because there was room for him! Staff seem to be under a lot of stress, I even saw the two girls at the front desk arguing at some point. Breakfast is overpriced. The lift is small and slow. There is a charge of 50 GBP per night, a deposit for "incidentials" making the room much more expensive to pay for up front.
