Excellent double-glazing thus super quiet. Very comfortable bed; above average size room; has been upgraded a few years back. Pleasant and considerate staff. Good a/c after we changed rooms. Convenience, only 200 yards to underground and to a comprehensive High Street. 50 yards to a good pub.

Carpets in public areas grubby. Lack of attention to maintenance details; a tap handle in bathroom was taped on!

Problems with pre-authorisation. Took £50 at time of booking. Was assured it would work out when paid on check out but I have been charged the full amount for the room so have paid £50 too much. Hotel told me to sort it out with Barclaycard

Room was extremely comfortable and well laid out. Bathroom was beautiful. Very clean facilities. Staff very friendly.

Parking was difficult as we were with family members who had a disability. No direct disabled parking. Once inside the hotel it was disabled friendly.

Beds were not fixed and rolled/ moved when we sat on them. Parking was very restricted especially as we have restricted mobility. Once in the hotel this was not a problem.

The convenience of the tube station and being able to get into london with ease

We didn't know anything about the low emission zone and panicked on the motorway. Perhaps you could have something in your information for guest arriving out of the city!!

Great location for Twickenham (Rugby). Easy tube links to London. Quiet, clean, good continental breakfast included in price. Frendly helpfull staff.

Nice bar area but quite expensive for drinks and not many good pubs in Hounslow so opted to drink in Hotel. Quite confusing when checking out as a £50 preauthorization is taken from your card on arrival to cover extras which is quite unusual.

Comfortable room with all accessories Close Heathrow and Hounslow underground. Located in a fair size town therefore everything i needed was at hand. Inexpensive pub food close by

Bar a bit expensive

We had paid extra £10 for breakfast each..but that was only for 'international breakfast', we had to pay extra £4 for a cooked breakfast and they weren't bringing it out quick enough (buffet) so you only had scraps of whatever was left. So we were fooled out of £14 for breakfast. I think it should be made clear what exactly you are paying for!!!! Also the waiter couldn't wait until we had finished breakfast to come sort out the bill...there was quite afew waiting- staff related issues am afraid.

The room itself was very comfortable.

When I arrived I could not park in the hotel due to the fact that the gym members had used it all up. I believe the parking should be for the guests first and the gym members should have to park at the outside parking where I was sent which is three blocks away. For anyone with loads of luggage this is rediculous and for a single woman arriving at night it is very dangerous. I was charged £15 and even though I displayed my ticket on the dashboard when I arrived the next morning I had been given a ticket for £60. I feel the hotel is partially responsible for this as it is your parking and I will be challenging it. Last but not least. The carperts throughout the stairs and floors are filthy and are in a disgusting state.

The accomodations were actually quite nice, the staff seemed friendly and helpful, the facilities were more than adequate for our needs. It was quiet both in and around the hotel which is situated close to the tube station but the nearby streets were not loud or busy. There was a gym and pool downstairs that were well equipped and clean, as well as spa facilities (nails, massage, etc.) on offer at reasonable rates and with very friendly therapists. It was a hidden gem; and such a treat! The hotel was within easy walking distance of shops and eateries of all kinds, and the local pubs and restaurants were all very budget-friendly while still serving decent meals. The local pubs have some great deals on, too, so well worth popping in to check what's on. The premises also had a nice restuarant with delicious dinner options and an acceptable breakfast menu.

Please note that I had no negative feelings towards the hotel or services offered there. The following comments are solely based on observations and experiences outside of the property and are the only thing that negatively impacted and influenced my overall opinion of our stay. The surrounding area (just a few blocks from the hotel) was unsettling after nightfall. There is a noticeable police presence, but walking about in the dark is not comfortable (the general vibe from local youths loitering in packs was disconcerting. This isn't to say that everyone we encountred was a potential thug, but we did feel vaguely threatened in some areas, and hastened back to the hotel for the remainder of the evening as a result! This is not an issue if you don't plan to 'hit the town' after dark, but take care not to stroll about alone if you don't have to.

Not being informed at the time of booking what type of breakfast was provided and getting a continental breakfast with a surcharge of £4 for a full english.

The room and teh hotel were clean and reception were very efficient and helpful.

The air conditioning in my room failed and was then intermittent in operation. The breakfast staff were a little surly (Note: they need to great people courteously when they arrive). Also, the lift was extremely small (max 3 persons) for this size of hotel. And finally, this is NOT a 4* hotel. It is more like a 3 * one!

The room and amenities was great and very comfortable. Free WIFI was great. Continental breakfast was excellent. The availability of iron and ironing board to the room was a great help for my business meeting. The shower and bathroom facility was excellent

Clean and tidy, modern business accommodation.

Car parking for 12 hours (1 day) was £15. Maybe this is normal for London but it seems like a case of profiteering from a captive audience. This will make me consider alternatives next time I stay in the area.

The hotel was quite stylish, 2 minutes walk from Hounslow Central station & well priced

The room was a little bit shabby and staircase in need of maintenance as almost every tread is a trip hazard (there is a lift but I often use the stairs).
