Quiet neighborhood suitable for relaxing proximity to Earl's court station made moving around very easy for shopping and other activities
Bathroom enclosure was too small - could barely move without bumping into something walls are thin - noise from other rooms could be quite irritating
Clean, room serviced daily. Clean linen. Staff helpful, helped me carry my heavy suitcase to my room.
noise, washing machine running until about 4am. Could hear it from my room.
Value for money, what I expected from the location. Clean bathroom, nice staff, near the underground station.
Got placed in a basement, right next to the breakfast area. The room was so damp that some mold was growing on the ceiling corner, going along with the unpleasant smell. One of the matresses had completely busted springs inside
Very basic - but clean, with everything you need.
Tiny room. The door didn't keep any noise out of the room.
Convenient location near Earl's Court tube station which has a lift and direct line to Heathrow. Staff members were nice.
Very, very, very tiny room and very basic breakfast. Thin walls, so easy to hear rooms next door. Rather overpriced for what is basically a spring bed and some toast in the morning.
Wifi superb Clean, comfortable, bed and room.Small but I knew that anyway. shower was excellent. Breakfast was not the best but ok ' ish. Booked last minute with Booking.com and got what I expected. For £48 it did the trick for one night.
The location, very close to the tube station. The reception staff helpful and friendly. Also, the bathroom was new and very clean.
The single room I stayed in was ridiculously small, very depressing to stay in. There was no fridge so I wasn't able to keep cool water there. One of the cleaning staff acted very unprofessionally, walking in the bathroom while I was showering.
The hotel is incredibly clean, small rooms but with everything, nice bathroom. Perfect area both for people who come for work or for holidays .
No elevator in the hotel, for this reason I suggest not to come in this hotel if you have a heavy luggage or back problems. The staff doesn't help you with this issue. I couldn't keep my luggage at the reception during my check out day. Staff not very helpful. On Sunday at 11 there was a false fair alarm, and then they called me in ky room to remember that I should leave the room that day withing few minutes. Breakfast poor. I paid 64 pounds, 80 euros, I still don't know if it deserves or Not. However the position and the fact that was very clean are a big positive point.
Location was good and while not the full English breakfast it was nice and served by very friendly staff.
room was very small but expected in UK. also bath light put out a lot of heat and no outlet in bath.
Size of the room. Luck of a lobby. No thank you.
was clean and staff pleasant
the narrowness of the room i did appreciate it was just a single but bed rather uncomfortable with some springs sticking out
Room was very small for a double
Clean, nice breakfast, good location, helpful staff.
No lift, very small room.
Great location Good breakfast Excellent wifi Room size was above average.
Asked for a quiet room , we got ground level G05 next to the storage room where guest went/came for their luggages.
Staff was friendly, room was clean, close to transportation and a few restaurants
Space was too small for two people, bathroom space very limited, just enough space to turn around
Rather good location
Low end breakfast in the cellar - too much cost cutting at this end. Really old furniture.
Location was good and it was clean
Probably the tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Badly illuminated with only 1 light on the wall that's smaller than my bedside table lamp at home. No bedside table lamp. The bed was wobbly and squeaking every time you turn. You get much more space and comfort for the same money somewhere else
Nice and peaceful neighbourhood, clean room.
A bit dull breakfast, same cheese and ham every morning. I would have liked tomato and cucumber and maybe salad leaves with it.
I liked the location, it was easy to get to they is a train station just 5 minute walk away from the hotel, the hotel was not extremely clean but it was okay.
I didn't like, how the hotel miss leaded me in believing that it was a 4* hotel, it really wasn't the room was like box no fresh air as the window is so far up, I am very disappointed on the staff that worked that night as I did say to him that the TV wasn't working and I was feeling very upset he just said to me I feel sorry for you, that's not the way you talk to a customer very poor, the hotel wasn't interested to offer me anything or even apologised to me, it was booking.com that gave me a much better service even is not there fault, the hotel staff really needs training they are clearly not good and I checked the hotel has many bad reviews about the room and staff, however I have many more issues but I can only write 200 words but I hope the hotel would take this as feedback and try to improve on as its a shame its really good location and that's the only nice thing about it.
Tiny room lots of noise through thin partition walls.
Clean room and modern bathroom. Quiet location and close to Earls Court underground station. Tea/coffee making facilities in room.
For the second and third nights a larger room got available and I've been moved to it. The rooms were clean.
The single room was very very small. I had to go over my suitcase in order to get from the bad to the bathroom. The bad was totally uncomfortable!!! When I saw the small room and felt the bad I decided to pay the first night, cancel the reservation and look for another hotel since the rate was 480 pound for 3 nights, but than I've been told by the guy at the desk that they are charging for the first night something like 300 Pounds!!! They are doing it on purpose of course in order not to let me cancel- to my opinion this is a fraud. Breakfast was very poor.
- Nice staff - Reception open 24/24 - Not too far from center - Bathroom was clean and modern
- No phonic isolation, no intimacy at all, every second when someone walks into lobby you think they gonna open your door or that they are trying to, cause walls are made or cardboard...Do not hope having sex peace fully, nor sleeping if another couple is doing... - around 6am a saturday morning we were woken up badly by people checking out and carrying their luggage very very close to our unique door....1 hour of noise...so nice when you try to rest. - very small rooms, very small bathroom - very expensive for such small space - not really clean, old fashioned - won't come again
1. Location 2. Allowed early check in.
1. Bed - it was broken 2. Very Small room and smaller bathroom 3. Breakfast provided was an apology for a breakfast. 4. No Lift. 5. Did not allow late Check out. 6. The walls are very think and others using their wash rooms also audible from our rooms.
Man was friendly and helped us with pushchair when we arrived
Found 2 baby cockroaches was disgusted as was with my yound children! Different receptionist next day accused us of not paying then realised we had!
