Good location, near underground tube. Friendly staff.
Smal room. Bathroom very tiny.
Tiny room tiny bed overpriced for what I paid
Bed, tiny room
Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Breakfast was simple but good. Good location.
There are a lot of narrow stairs to get to the top floor. Not easy with luggage.
the locality was superb everything is a step away.including the metro
too small room not spacious at all very tiny bathroom and toilet
The Location was good.
The room was very small, I had to carry the suitcase three floors up, breakfast was rather basic.
Clean, comfortable rooms with hair dryer and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and served up a great continental breakfast. Its opposite a little green with a small play slide for little ones. Its not far from Earls court. You can catch a bus but if your not frighten by a lot of walking because then I think you discover more of the city. We walked every where including up through the parks to Oxford street and to St Pauls Cathedrals'. We had a great time and would stay again.
There's nothing I didn't like. At first I thought I wouldn't like a continental break because I normally have a English breakfast but I was wrong.
Room Size - you cannot move around Staff was not very friendly
location was nice, very near to underground, clean and friendly staff
room little small, but ok for money paid
The room was tiny (I've never been to a room as small as that before) but it had everything that is needed. The bed was soft and confortable, there was a tea-maker and a hair-dryer. All the facilities in the tiny bathroom were new and working. The window opened into a quiet yard.
The walls are as thin as paper and I could hear all the noises from the neighbouring room. But there was not much noise because the people don't stay long in these small rooms, they just come to sleep. The breakfast was too early 7 to 9 am. Too early for someone who is not in the town on business. So I never managed to have any breakfast at all but I had coffee in my room.
Just 200m from Earl's Court station. The breakfast was adequate with friendly service.
The room (a single) was only about 1m70 wide. There were 48 stairs to reach the second floor - a lot with a heavy bag. The TV did not receive BBC.
if just for one night sleep, it's ok.
nothing, getting flea bites is not nice and dirty bed clothes, never stay there again.
everything,,, very angry. £200 A NIGHT,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Free wi fi. Clean rooms . Very nice staff. Better than usual breakfast . Left luggage room which was small but locked .tea coffee making all fine
The room really was very small !
Very clean. Lovely atitude.
The beds and the bathroom are too small!
The cleanliness & helpful staff ( sp. Marcus from reception )
The breakfast The size of the bathroom( too small)
Bathroom was too small
The hotel have air con so it is great for summer. I booked twin room but they give my triple room so it is more space. The bed and pillows were comforable.
No lift so need to climb stirs and our room on 3rd floors I found that some stirs are small. Can hear next door closed their door. The shower cube is small it fits lady rather then man.
Location, breakfast (I'm surprised that they have a waitress for breakfast)
too small (but space is well used), no lift. Wifi poor in some rooms
The hair dryer in the hotel room.
The location 24 hour manned reception and felt very safe and secure. Nice breakfast and breakfast staff. Very clean room and entrance and hall.
Our room was extremely small, which didn't worry me, but disappointed one of my party. I think she was expecting more space, high ceilings and period features.
The friendly and helpful staff. The clean and cosy room.
Staff are very friendly and professional
The entrance door is not comfortable if one has luggage, doesn't open easily. The room was incredibly small, for over £170 a night I thought I deserved a lower window with a bit of air.. There was no closet, no fridge and no laundry bag. Toilet cramped up.. June in London is expensive but definitely not value for money
Location, handy to earls court station, easy walk with bags...close to all amenities, supermarkets, post, cafés, pubs, laundromat.
Teeny little rooms but given location can be forgiven. In fact we made it quite a humorous experience.
Not a lot - it was clean. The bathroom was modern and fine.
Room was just big enough to fit in a double bed. There was a very small window in the roof - felt like a prison cell. Breakfast was ham, cheese and toast. Staff were grumpy. No lift to upper floors. I'm sorry, this is not a pleasant hotel at all. Too many rooms for the size of the hotel I guess. They need to improve the breakfast - everyone was laughing about it. The need an option to make an english breakfast - this is the default to every hotel I've stayed in.
