This place have changed my understanding of prices for accommodation in London. I stayed there for more than a week when looking for a flat to rent. Fortunately, they gave me a bigger room at checking in, and I stayed there until the very end. The hotel had everything I needed: a great location, neat and reasonably warm room, free wifi that worked reasonably well in my room, and tasty but not very diverse breakfast. The key thing was the price. At first I booked for a couple of days and then kept on rebooking. Eventually they even started to give me their "friends" rate, which is even better than the 5% discount for a subsequent stay they offer at check-out. Overall, I am very satisfied with the place and I can recommend it to anyone vising London for a few days.
The heater/AC worked strangely but I actually never asked to fix it. Also, the bed was rather narrow, I would say about 70 cm.
Mostly I liked the stuff , very friendly and profetional stuff( beacause I faced a mistake of a double booking and they helped me a lot to sent an email of cancelation for the second room and taking only the money for one night ..some Other hotels they don't do that in the last minute. Also, I really appreciate that they accepted to kept my luggage (by free) for few hours in the last day after my checked out, because my flight was late in the evening , so like this I had an option for a last walk in the city, that made me so glad!!!! Thank you Coronation
• no elevator...is giving you hardtime with the luggage by stairs •actually I would prefare to provide a full breakfast than the continental one •Vvery small rooms
Location suited us.
The room took a long time to get warm
The room was very small below ground level, the draft coming from the old window made the room very cold and have ended up having a cold from sleeping there. Breakfast was very poor didn't even go for breafast the second day
good location, close to all restaurants
poor breakfast, unfamiliar staff, small room with little window on top of the wall, feeling like in prison cell because of the small room and even smaller toilet, we couldn't sleep because of the whistling water in tubatures around the room, not value the money, False advertisement that room is soundproof and it wasn't. we could hear everything from outside the room and even from the room upstairs.
The room was so small, the photos on the website looked completely different to what we actually got. I wasn't expecting it to be so small.
great location, nice staff. breakfast was ok. was cheap price. is a budget hotel nothing special. cheap and easy.
bed not great. small room
Location and clean
Small small room
Ground floor room overlooking garden, excellent value for money
Breakfast only available for very limited time each day and not brilliant content
Bed was good and comfortable, it was clean and a fair sized room. Location was excellent, only ten minutes from leaving the hotel to Westminster
Continental breakfast wasn't very varied or large, and the price was more than what it needed to be
Ideally located short walk to tube station, shops and restaurants. Room was small but comfortable. Breakfast supplied was adequate for our needs. Staff friendly and helpful.Room looked out over street and park.
Having no lift made carrying the heavy bags up the stairs difficult. Breakfast was the same each day.
very small room, and very noisy, I couldn't`t sleep all the night because the noise as whistle of water in the tubatures around the walls!!!
bed was comfy
thwre was no room to open the suitcase in the room. It's more like a prison cell for 44£
Tv was fixed so you couldn't really see it !
Very central location close to the tube and olympia centre.
Bathrooms are very small and no hand towel included - upon asking for one we were still not given a hand towel.
Can believe after stop at the two hotels they have over 30 times this year. There charged me £5 a day to leave a bag.
Not stopping there anymore
small room and extremely small bed for two people. Small shower room...after we put the luggage there is no space to walk...I had read about this place when people mentioned that it is small but I didn't really bother as we are asian and I thought it will be alright. But this place is really small...placed small queen size mattress on single bed joined with something below.
The room was too small with no secretary to work!
nice and clean bathroom
room very small
The hair dryer in the room was broken. Although the front desk staff let me use another one upon my request, it was better if they have checked the facility before my stay.
staff were very friendly, the bathroom was very clean with a good shower
when I left the hotel for the evening there was a strong smell if cigarettes, somebody had been smoking in the hotel, I returned to the hotel after dinner, the receptionist was talking to a friend, I entered my room which was close to the reception area, unfortunately I could clearly hear the conversation which went on for some time. I had been given a twin room, the beds were very narrow, if I turned on my side the something would be outside of the bed, the pillows were foam filled and sleeping here was not a good experience
The location is great, just 3 minutes from Earls Court metro station, staff is friendly, the room was cleaned daily.
The room and the toilet/shower were extremely small, the bed was tiny. It is suitable for fit people only. Breakfast was very poor, ok if you stay couple of days, not more.
Close to Earl's Court tube station. Quiet neighborhood.
Very poor breakfast. Doesn't worth its money. You can get a full English breakfast on the high street for £5. Very tiny room. More like a prison cell, so it is small. No chair, no table, no wardrobe, no nightstand. Even no window. Tiny shower cabin suitable perhaps for dwarfs. It is heavily overpriced. Doesn't worth its money.
Quiet neighborhood suitable for relaxing proximity to Earl's court station made moving around very easy for shopping and other activities
Bathroom enclosure was too small - could barely move without bumping into something walls are thin - noise from other rooms could be quite irritating
Clean, room serviced daily. Clean linen. Staff helpful, helped me carry my heavy suitcase to my room.
noise, washing machine running until about 4am. Could hear it from my room.
