The Coronation Hotel  

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent, clean, and practical. Good WiFi in the rooms.

The rooms are not big but for one person or city trip it is just fine. Breakfast is basic so don't expect much.

Breakfast Time told by reception and kitchen are different. When I go to the breakfast room, staff said: finished. Surprised Me...... Sad......

The hotel was nice, the rooms were small but pleasant. The bathrooms were new, and the staff was friendly.

They serve the exact same breakfast every day. Since we stayed here for a week, it got REALLY old. A little variety would go along way.

The staff was very friendly. The single rooms are on the lower ground, quite small but nice, really clean and you have everything you need.

Location, it's close to Earls Court Exhibition Centre therefore it is very convinientt when one is busy at a fair the whole day and then can drop in to the hotel to change and go out in the evening. It's clean.

Rooms are very small, even for London. Staircase is very steep and no lift. City telephone line is not working from a room. Blocked on a pretext that someone sometime back hadn't paid. Breakfast "generous european" as it called in the description is very poor. No choice: 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of ham.

The hotel is very close to Earls Court tube station. The young man at reception was very polite and welcoming. I stayed in a single room, it was clean but tiny and the bathroom was also small (someone a little more larger will struggle a little). The breakfast, which was described as continental, consisted of cereal, croissant/cheese/ham, toast, yoghurt, fruit juice, tea or coffee and is served quickly by a very pleasant staff. In my case this wasn't good because of health issues I need to eat 2 low fat yoghurts in the morning and they didn't had them so I paid but wasn't able to eat. Anyway despite it's not a self-service breakfast, it's ok to feed the morning hungry.

Small expensive room but noisy. I stayed in the ground floor near the reception, so I heard a lot of noise during the night. Considering the room and breakfast I think that 109£ for that night was quite exaggerated.

Cleanness of the hotel and room was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were pleasant every time I entered or exited. They helped me with my adapter and even had extras in case someone forgot theirs.The breakfast was perfect. It was fresh and delicious and courteous service . The shower was hot and had great pressure! The hotel was lovely.

My only complaint would be that the bed was two twins put together. It doesn't make for a very romantic sleep with your partner. The bed and pillows weren't especially cozy, but I slept well despite that fact.

This hotel was lovely. I had read reviews and was a bit worried about what people were saying.. For those of you wanting to book, please take my opinion as it is extremely reasonable. If you want huge rooms, pay more and stay in a five star hotel and stop complaining! Yes the room was small but it was exactly what I need; there was room for sleeping, my suitcase, and yes I could still get around ( some reviews said they could not move in the room due to lack of space! Maybe they should lose some weight, or stop exagerating). The cleaner cleaned the room everyday. The breakfast was the same every morning true, but who cares? It was good and it gave energy to start the day, you can have lunch wherever you want a few hours later anyway so stop whining about lack of variety. I had had surgery a few days before my trip ( laparoscopic appendicectomy) and was given the room in the 3rd floor. I was worried about my heavy suitcase but the guys at the reception helped me. One thing is that there is no lift, but london is all about tourism and walking around so just consider this part of your daily exercise! Thank you coronation hotel for a truly lovely stay!
