It was in a good location, extremely polite owner, room very clean Car parking limited onsite - two cars, roadsite parking very busy unable to get a space, had to park in the Pub Car Park charge £5 per 24 hours

Piers very welcoming and helpful. Room and general facilities spotless. Breakfast excellent! Car parking limited - we were fortunate to park on site. Easy walking distance to shops and beach etc. Good pubs and other eating establishments close by

very clean, comfortable room. Welcoming host. Excellent breakfast. close to nightclub/late night bar. Horrendous evening noise until 3am, disturbed sleep even with ear plugs!! Another room at back of property would have been better....

We had a warm welcome from Piers..he even offered us a choice of rooms! The contemporary decor was very impressive, simple but classy. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our room had a lovely en-suite that looked new. Again, everything was immaculate. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. We will definitely be staying there again and would recommend it to anyone. There are lots of places to visit in the area, we went to Buckfast Abbey, Dartmouth, torquay and Killerton House. On Saturday night we went to the Spinning Wheel music pub where we watched a really good band. The sea and beach are 1min walk away, as are shops and bars. We are so glad we found this place ...it's a gem. No more shabby old places for us! It's a shame there's no lounge.

We left the car behind and used public and private transport ie Steam Train, Boat Ferry and Public / Private Bus service to visit National Trust Houses and Gardens and the fishing villages in the area. An ideal place to stay and explore the area without having to drive every where. The b&b was exceptional in its style and standard of professionalism, the rooms were of a standard one would expect in a first class hotel in a big city. The owner and his wife brought a distinct style which reflected their modern taste which set them apart from the usual B&B's one comes across. Well worth staying in.

It was a lovely hotel and the fact that it was adults only was good for us. The service was second to none, although it would have been nice to meet both proprietors. Our room was gorgeous and the luxurious bathroom was a real treat.We will definitely be staying here again

We stayed in room 2, with its own infa red sauna which was a bit of a luxuary. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was very warm and the bed a little to soft for our personal taste.

Arrived early on a wet morning and simply wanted to know what might be the earliest we could check in so we could plan our day, kept waiting on doorstep whilst staff member who spoke little english fetched owner who then without a smile told me to read the notice on the door then closed door, pretty unhelpful and not a real welcome in sight!

Very good and friendly staff, clean and comfortable room,very good breakfast and idealy situated for the town and beach. Would certainly use the p&m Paignton residence again and would not hesitate in recomending it to anyone I know.

The p&m Paignton Residence was very clean, the rooms were large and the Facilities where very good, It was only a 5 min walk to the beach, town centre and train station. About a 40 min drive from dartmoor. The staff where helpful and the food was first rate.
