location overlooking river close to Humber bridge. Good food in main building. staff very helpful. quiet spot would go again
no breakfast but this we knew on booking & provided our own
Easy to find following country park brown signs. Nice view, good pub.
Small shower room.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was all that we needed for one nights stay. Great views of the Humber Bridge at night. Good price.
The pub and restaurant were very good. Staff (Michelle especially) were excellent. The beds were comfy.
The room smelled musty and wasn't very clean. There were spiders in the bathroom and dusty webs. Very poor bathroom facilities.
Booked one night and then a second. When we turned up they had us in room 3 and then wanted us to check out by 11am and come back after 3pm to book into room 5 the following day. I explained we werent happy to do that and common sense finally prevailed.
cleanness and serenity of the room
no internet access and room communication system
Loved the location Comfy Room Facilities for a brew Comfortable bed nice shower good value for money will come back here when i come back to Hull Staff very friendly and a credit to the hotel
Only a minor but Noise from the road adjacent, I do not think it would be to costly to upgrade windows to rectify this otherwise top place
Location, bar area, cost and politeness of staff
Very small room, limited space, bathroom door wouldn't open to the bathroom properly etc.
The food served in the restaurant was excellent and great value for money. The accomodation was basic but comfortable and clean. Already booking a return trip.
Great location beautiful surroundings. Nice pub for lunch and dinner
Service was not great we had to even ask how to get to the rooms after being given the key. The room need some TLC they are clean but need decorating and our bathroom door didn't shut properl
Wonderful location looking from below and across the Humber Bridge, comfortable room, excellent and low-cost restaurant.
Rooms were good size and value for money
Beds were a bit on the hard side
I enjoyed stayin there but heatin wouldn't switch on
We paid just £29 for 2 of us and didn't expect a lot but were pleasantly surprised. Comfortable room with bathroom. Tea and coffee, large towels. A nice pub with awesome food. Friendly staff. I would book again!
Slight damp smell from the bathroom but not a problem.
Cost Staff Location Facilities Parking
Exactly what we needed, bed and shower.
Wasn't very clear where to go to book in (we arrived at 7pm) but we soon figured it out.

fast check in and cosy place
no breakfast facilities
The room was clean and spacious. Nice view of the river. The price was very reasonable. The bar was spacious with a nice verandah. The food was excellent and good value for money.
The noise from the prat next door screaming his little hatch back up and down the road till the early hours, hence the low mark for quality of sleep.
clean and tidy comfortable
Morons donouting cars in the car park behind room till early hours. Fire alarm going off at 7am for no reason. Bad sewage smell outside of pub.
The location and the price
The location was very convenient for my overnight stay. The riverside location almost underneath the very impressive Humber Bridge was a bonus. I took the opportunity to walk (halfway) across the bridge early in the morning and the view from there is really good.
The lodge is very close to a busy dual carriageway road and it was noisy with the room windows open. The room I had was small and quite basic but was adequate for an overnight stay.
Basic +clean. Great value for money compared to the larger hotels.
Lovely location under the Humber bridge . Friendly staff, good food in the pub
Two single beds in room even after booking a double room for two . Beds very uncomfortable .
Nice location and room clean. Good value for money.
No breakfast but room rate does reflect this. No wifi either
