Huge well appointed rooms and fabulous staff
There was some sort of box outside my window that started making a noise at 3:30 am and didn't stop all night - no idea if it was something to do with air conditioning, but it did spoil my night somewhat. If I had had a room away from this noisy box it would have been the perfect stay and I would still stay there again anyway.
Sorry about this, I don't like complaining but neither of the bedside lights worked and when I asked they had run out of bulbs but what is worse a disco started at 18.30 and did not finish until the early hours of the following day, the noise was horrendous, the room actually shook with the bass. The only response I got in the morning was 'yes we did tell them to turn it down!' Suffice to say we will not be stopping there again.
Good price, friendly and accommodating staff, proximity to town centre, ample free parking, TV with Freeview, good unrestricted Wi-Fi, refurbished shower room, no cobwebs.
Paper thin walls, squeaky broken bed, loud music playing nearby on a Saturday night until midnight, squeaky floorboards.
The room was very cold..but in lobby area is high temp..they dosen' t care about costumers..they made high temp olny for them..i do not recomand this hotel to anyoane else
Very small room-just about squeezed a bed in leaving no room to move
the hotel, first and last time I stay
Very friendly environment
The noise from the nighy party hall

Cleanliness of the bedroom
Friendly, helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast, all round nice stay
Friendly, helpful staff.
No lift, as I do have to carry a lot of bags.
The noise from other guest
Poor quality food One two slice toaster for about 40 guests at breakfast. Decor shabby.
Very helpful staff even though I arrived late. Good, quiet room with plenty of space. Very short stay but had everything I needed
The bed was delightful
Friendliness of staff and a willingness to try to help Hot water for showers and shave Well cooked breakfast with order taken as soon as we appeared.
Wedding taking precedence over other guests. Room shabby with dirty, probably just stained, carpet. Beds not as comfortable as they might have been. No internal phone or intercom system.
Bed Cleanliness of room
Service - half an hour until I got served for breakfast No TV remote - when staff informed, got a shrug of shoulders, no apology
breakfast on time Bed firm & supportive
no chair in room desk often not manned
Only booked last minute. Great value, clean and good sized room Limited but acceptable menu and facilities. Perfect for what I needed.
I did not like how at check out time, the house cleaning lady would knock and a second later just open the door, even after we replied, then she would pop her head around the door and have a peep, this has happend to me at every stay at the county hotel. There is no privacy. Also the rooms are very small and hot which made it very hard to sleep in or relax, it would be nice to have air conditioning in every room..
Easy to find helpful staff Basic but fairly clean and tidy
I went down the bar and had to wait some 15 minutes to be served even though I was the only one in there at that time
We attended a wedding lovely room lovely function room bitter beer was off cloudy ended up drinking expencive bottles bulmers cider bed comfy room just needs to look brighter very clean great breakfast but the only thing wrong was the sausage tuff skin not tasty but the rest was lovely we would stay there again
Liked everthing but the sausage no phone in the room no buiskets just 2 milk cartons
