Nothing, I enjoyed my night.
The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom facilities are fantastic.

Nice and quiet, single room looked out onto gardens, window opened for some fresh air.

The room was a bit small, but I only had one night and the location made up for the room size

Noisy at night

This is my go to hotel in the Kensington/Chelsea area. Ali & Raj always make sure I'm looked after. Honestly I couldn't recommend this hotel more, it's home away from home.

Noise from Earls Court Road. Seriously need some triple glazing or provide complimentary ear plugs in the rooms at the front!
Great location, lovely modern rooms, very comfortable bed, excellent shower, what more could you ask for in this category of hotel in central London! Manager very kindly stored our luggage & a bicycle til we were ready to leave, they were so helpful.

If I had to be picky I would like to have known about the portering service (my bag really was heavy to lug up two flights of stairs on arrival !), would have appreciated shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and a couple more sachets of coffee and some milk in the fridge. These are really very minor complaints.
The hotel is as close as you can get to the underground without actually being on the platform - really handy if, like me, you are pulling a heavy bag around. Earl's Court is ideally placed for the visitor - central London is only a few stops away and it's also on the Piccadilly Line so trains to Heathrow are a breeze (usually without the rush hour crowd that you get from central London or northern stations). The hotel itself has only a narrow street frontage (I walked past without noticing the sign) and there's no lift once you do get in - just a bright hall and a set of stairs. There is a porter service but I didn't know that until I'd got up the first flight of stairs. The staff were a delight - nothing was too much trouble for Ali and he clearly wants his hotel to be known for quality of accommodation and service; there have clearly been recent and extensive renovations. I had a single room at the back. It was spotlessly clean, quiet and, although small (don't expect to be able to swing too many cats) had everything this traveller needed: a decent comfortable bed, good lighting, TV, excellent Wifi, small desk and excellent ensuite . There's a small, un-stocked, fridge and a safe for valuables (it took my camera and spare lens easily). Tea and coffee making facilities are there - including cafetiere - but the supplies are just a little underdone. There's some room for hanging clothes but, again, the room size means a full-size wardrobe isn't included. There are no visitor facilities for eating but Earl's Court has lots of options just outside the door so for me this wasn't a big issue. I got a good deal for a quality room in London - at a price that I'd been quoted for a pub room in the Peak District a couple of weeks earlier !

Friendly helpful staff Fresh and new Well-planned room Excellent location

There's no real frontage so it's easy to walk past. Call beforehand to get guidance from the lovely reception staff
Probably the friendliest most professional welcome I've had in a hotel. I use hotels at least once a week travelling with work and I am hard pushed to find a criticism. Spotlessly clean the bed was as comfortable as the shangri la at the shards beds. Shower was perfect. Hair dryer beside a mirror!!! (When does that ever happen) fantastically convienent location just a 2 min walk from earls court station. Even though it's right on the busy earls court road with the tube station at the back I heard no noise whatsoever. This is a gem of a city hotel I can't recommend it highly enough!

Rooms on the main road are quite noisy, despite the glazing. If you sleep light, ask for a rear room.
The London Court is a superb find in busy Earl's Court. It's less than a minute from the tube station and up a small staircase to the reception. Room and furnishing is done to a superb level, with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Add to that free wifi, bottled water, good TV and nice shower room and it's a top pick for me. There's no restaurant or breakfast available, but outside the hotel there are plenty of choices.

Terrible traffic noise made it difficult to sleep, there is a twin and a single room at the back of the property away from the street, so I would suggest asking for these if appropriate. No lift - was not a problem for me but may be an issue for others.
Spotlessly clean, spacious room (for London), fantastic location seconds from Earls Court Station.

The place does not deserve in the least the score currently given which is utterly misleading. It is a dark pigeon hole on a busy road squeezed in between buildings. No surprize that there are no puictures showing the entrance to the 'hotel'. Rooms are impossibly small with basically space only for the bed and the smell is unbareable. Opening the window on the busy, smelling and noisy Earl's Court road does not help obviously. The thoilet/shower room is also very small. There is no comfort in the room nor visibly in the rest of the hotel which does not seem to offer a common space to sit and relax. All is very dark. I did not spend much time finding out positive sides - if any at all!! - as it was simply impossible to conceive spending the vacation at this place. One would feel obliged to stay all the time outside. To top it all, payment was requested fully in advance with no possibility to recover the amount (with hindsight, no wonder about that, given the place). I find this practice illegal and I intend to pursue the matter and recover a good part of what I paid, considering that I checked out a few hours before checking in and did not spend one single night in there, nor allowed my family to do the same.

Great location (just don't miss the narrow entrance). Considering it is directly on the Earl's Court Road, my room was very quiet. It's worth requesting a top floor rear room. Mine overlooked pretty gardens and was so quiet I had no need for ear plugs on any of the 4 nights I stayed. Sash windows secure but can open for fresh air ( I like this). Having said that, the aircon is good. I had a small room but it was well thought out and had everything I needed. The free wifi was reliable and there was no fuss with it. TV was good quality. Bed was very comfortable indeed - no problems sleeping at all. The main thing about this hotel to note is that it is absolutely immaculate throughout. No suspicious stains on bedcovers/carpets or grungy cracked tiles such as I've known in other similarly priced London hotels. The bathroom is compact but well equipped with basic but pleasant toiletries and soft towels. The staff are very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. When I couldn't work out how to use the hairdryer (my fault for not finding the wall switch), the receptionist was there in less than a minute to help. There is no breakfast but this is no hardship - you can't walk for 30 seconds from the hotel without finding a zillion reasonably priced independent cafes and chains. Although I was there on business, this would be a good hotel to use as a base for central London; seconds away from the tube or within a decent stroll of all the museum district, Albert Hall, Hyde Park etc. Just be aware there is no lift, so as long as stairs are no problem for you, go for it!

The hotel is just 2 mins away from Earl's Court station. Out of the station, turn left and few steps away that's the hotel. Location is very convenient, restaurants, supermarket are around the corner. Hotel is very new, room is clean and comfortable, the only downside is, there isn't any lift; so you need to carry the luggage up a flight of stairs as the reception is located on the 1st floor.

A bit small, but common in Europe.
Location next to train station. Clean. Modern.

Superb location, Ali the manager was very helpful and the room itself was designed to a very high standard. Feels like a small boutique hotel. Stayed in many hotels in London and this up there with the best, especially in terms of value for money

The only little thing was the small shower room which has a motion sensor activated light that keeps switching off when you are showering, and it's totally dark in this room!
The location is great for getting around the City as well as to/from heathrow. Underground station a few steps from the hotel. Rear room I had was very peaceful and although small was superbly arranged, with a fabulous bed and everything you need for a good rest after a busy day.

Love this hotel. Staff member Ali is professional, accommodating and its great to see a happy worker, nothing is too much for him or the porter Raj who is always on hand to help with anything you need. Great contemporary decor, impeccable cleanliness, comfy cosy beds, free wi fi and big tv... What more could you ask for.
