Very modern, clean, friendly staff
Difficult to find as entrance in between two shops. No car park facilities so be sure to add the cost of this to your budget when booking this hotel.
Close to transportation.
room style very clean like bottled water in room fridge domestic staff very polite and friendly reception staff polite and professional
small room no lift or help offered with suit cases
proximity to tube station. Everything I needed was there. The room was at the back and quiet
New and well maintained rooms. Great position for exploring the city and they have a great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.
The hotel should not sell the room as double room with only 12m2 and bed is no wider than 120cm is just to small for two adults. Hotel staff in just not involved with the guests. Up on arrival we found the portage guy sleeping in front the receptionist are just not welcoming you is just HI and BYE.
Location close to tube station
Road outside is very busy, almost constant noise 24 hours a day. But manager moved us and the rooms at the rear of the hotel were much quieter.
Despite small room space. Everything there is clean and well displayed. Silent air conditioner and soundproofing is excellent.
Actually it's a hostel instead of a hotel. The entrance is just about 60 cm width.
good position, service is also good
Location, price, cleanleness, staff
Size of Double bed rooms are very small go for the triple bed rooms, which are slightly bigger
Very clean room excellent location for Piccadilly line or for Heathrow airport!!
Very steep steps,no lift-I was travelling with my mature mother and we were put on the third floor which was very hard on her. Also, the beds are tiny my feet came out the bottom of the bed-aim 5'7!!!
Fantastic staff. Lovely clean and comfortable place to stay. Would recommend and stay again.
Noise from the road in the morning but that is to be expected in london.
Superb location - just a one-minute walk from the tube. Nice and friendly staff. Though there is no lift, they helped me carry my suitcase upstairs. Quite spacious shower cabin. It was warm in the room. Good value for money.
The window did not open. I understand that there was an air conditioning system in the room, and the window overlooked a noisy street, but it still would have been nice to have an option.
Clean and smart rooms/ good size / lots of plugs /fast wifi / very near the station
A bit of road noise and ugly exterior
An ok location; recently refitted
One is so used to London hotels being 90% staffed by people who don't speak English as a first language that one doesn't trust almost anything written on a website. Here, a single sentence said "external private bathroom" while the page giving more details on the room facilities said "shower and toilet". Which is correct? What it apparently means in the end is that there is a bathroom up the main hotel stairwell that is for the exclusive use of the occupant of the room, but you need to go onto that main stairwell and take your door key with you to use it and to get back into your own room! Given that and the rather camped room, I would not call what I paid particularly good value for money
Great location, clean room, very close to the tube which made it easy to get around, and close to restaurants and shops. I would recommend for a short stay.
The room was small but this was expected.
Location Friendly helpful staff Room modern design Smell of "new"
Shower room outside No breakfast
Bed, shower, location
Noisey room, with shop alarms going off throughout the night. No information in room regarding fire procedure
Overall the hotel is excellent. Friendly staff, perfect location next to earls court tube station, excellent WIFI, comfortable bed and nice shower room.
If you are a light sleeper noise from Earls court road could be an issue. Also if you have many or large luggage you will have to take the stairs as no left is available. The double room I stayed in might be a bit small for more than 2 people!
the modern decor; the bathroom; the in-room facilities; the location;
the ceaseless noise from Earl's Court Road (ear plugs are a must!); the smallness of the (double) room; Difficulty in finding the hotel entrance (an inadequately signed door between two shops)
The hotel was clean and just recently opened and the owners were doing there best to overcome the issues that arose. Good standard can be expected in the future and after their teething problems. Would probably stay there again.
Small room, but manageable for the two nights there. Day 1: After some time in in the evening we discovered that there was no heat coming from the air-conditioner so the room very cold. Day 2: Informed hotel reception about the cold room and they said they knew about it and an engineer was coming to repair the air-conditioner.The engineer didn't come that day and the reception gave us a heater in the evening so quite warm. Day 3: Awoke to there being no water whatsoever in the hotel, so we couldn't shower and managed with a little bottled water. Overall the hotel was clean and recently opened but the problems we experienced detracted from the expected standard. They will make it better though.
The staff is friendly and efficient, rooms are brand new, fresh clean, comfortable, large bathroom and shower. The hotel is in the heart of a lively street (Earl's Court Rd.) with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. I highly recommend this property, which offers a great value for money.
Superb location just a few metres from Earl's Court subway station. The hotel has recently undergone complete renovation. Everything is new and clean. Reliable and fast free WiFi connection in all areas. Modern flat-screen TV sets. The guys at the reception were friendly and hospitable. When I told them the heating in my room was not functioning properly, they immediately moved me to another nicer room at no extra cost.
If your room is on the side of Earl's Court Road, you might find it a bit noisy during the night.
Really small room.
Great value for money, very clean and comfortable
A little hard to find, the entrance is just a doorway between two shops.
Everything was immaculate in the tastefully decorated budget hotel. A bottle of water was left in the fridge each morning. The iPhone doc was also a nice extra, especially since I had left my charger at home. Last but not least the location was perfect.
I stayed in a single room and so the private external bathroom was outside and up a few stairs, this was no problem, but the key for the bathroom door was quite slow in opening!
