The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and friendly.
Bathroom was great. Fridge, tea and coffee insuite were apperciated .
Location near tube was great. The bedroom was well appointed though maybe on the small had I wanted to do some work. Bed very comfy and the bathroom excellent - everything I needed for a one night stopover. Great value.
The bar and restaurant were not open yet but as I didn't need to use them on this trip, it wasn't as issue to me. Might be for others.
Very lucky to have found this hotel, great location next to Earls Court tube, really friendly manager and staff, super room better than most 4 star hotels, and an unbeatable price on a Monday night. Highly recommended, will be staying there again on my next trip to London.
Great Location, very close to subway, easy connection to everywhere. The facility in the room is quite good though.
The room is rather small. Can't be smaller.
the hotel is newly renovated so everything is very new, beds are comfy, the free wifi provided is very fast, the location of the hotel is very good as it is about 1-2 minutes walk from the earls court underground station. there are costa, starbucks, nandos, greggs, cooperative store, sainsburys nearby so its super convenient! provides luggage storage for free
the noise caused by the traffic, bad sound insulation
It was really close to tube Rooms really comfortable TV and wi fi that works Really good Gusto cafe across the road
Modern and contemporary rooms. Room whilst not large was still comfortable and had good quality facilities. Great location and the rate presented excellent value for Central London. Would definitely recommend and stay again
Very new, so the room was very clean and modern. WiFi was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The stairs are very narrow. We got lost trying to find the entrance of the hotel.
Comfort of bed, decor, friendly staff, complemenatary water is a nice gesture, price, location
External bathroom, although this was made clear in description it is awkward having to go across public hall to your bathroom, although this is compensated in the reduced price
Good mattresses in a nice size room. Plenty of space for luggage. A french press + tea pot, and the small refridgerator gives you the opprtunity to have your own breakfast in the room. Great location for getting around central parts of London. Many places to dine in the nearby area. A/C and heater to regulate temperature in the room. Make sure to ask for a room towards the garden, to avoid noise from Earls court road. Helpful staff (with luggage) and possibilities to leave luggage in a locked room if late departure. Drug stores, hairdresser, restaurants, cafes and grocery shops + Earls' court station very close by. Best hotel we've stayed in at Earl's court so far. We'll be back!
No elevator, but then again, a few steps won't kill you, and the staff is helpful with the luggage. Walls between the rooms are thin, so one might hear alarms etc from adjacent rooms.... No hot water in the shower on the last day of our stay. Beds slightly short for an average sized norwegian.
Very clean and modern, fast free wifi, very good location in central London close to Tube station. Exceeded expectations and good value for money.
Noisy at night due to busy road in-front of hotel. It didn't stop me sleeping, but it might some people.
Great value hotel - booked last minute on a Saturday and got a bargain. Good location right next to the tube.
Really good price n great position, all the comforts are enough if you're not expecting a romantic love nest
Little rooms but acceptable for that price since theyre all clean
Very small rooms
- Good access to transport. - Busy street and sidewalk nearby. - Lots of things to do nearby (S/M's, pubs, restaurants, shops), etc. - Courteous personel. - 24h reception. - Very clean. - Quiet hotel. - Comfortable room. - View includes Gargoyles (yeah, you heard me!).
Nothings to see here. Please refer to the 'Pros' section.
This is a wonderful little hotel and a great place to stay if you are visiting London for a few days. It has recently been renovated so everything is brand new and working perfectly. The room and bathroom are very clean, the bed is comfortable, the location is great (very close to the tube station and lots of restaurants and supermarkets), and it has free wifi. I highly recommend it!
Narrow entrance and no elevator, but it shouldn't be a problem if you can walk and don't have too much luggage with you. Also, no breakfast or common areas, and rooms are a bit small, but then again, this shouldn't bother you if you are there for just a few days.
Staff are so helpful Very Clean rooms & Toilet Good Size of room and bed free wifi
Bedrooms we're finished to a very high standard. Everything was brand new. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
Comfortable if small room Friendly Reception staff Location (great for tube) Great cafe across the road for beakfast (Gusto)
Price but it was New Year's Eve! No Breakfast No Lift
The room is gorgeous, comfortable beds, room was just at the right temperature during the course of our stay, not too cold but not too hot. Location is excellent, mere walking distance to bus stops and tube station. Took less than 20 minutes to get to Bayswater and oxford circus. Friendly reception, very polite Co-op and other stores just a few minutes away from the hotel in case you need to grab some light snack Right next to the hotel is Costa, nice for a good morning coffee brew
Wifi doesn't work every now and so, but nothing you can't live without. For student budget wise, this hotel would be on the higher end. But I prefer comfort over sleepless nights, so this hotel still gets two thumbs up from myself
refurbished hotel with new facilities
small but all facilities are new really close to Earl's court underground
the way people of difrent picadily line are help full . as well people on the street are very very helpful
the weather is too cold trully speaking
Was convenient and really close to the underground station
Wish I could have been able to get some food without having to leave the premises.
