Bien situado.

Había goteras, de 4 enchufes solo funcionaba uno, el wifi sólo funcionaba bien en las habitaciones de la primera planta y en el baño no podía ni estirar los brazos.

Las camas son cómodas y la señal wifi llega sin problemas. El desayuno tampoco está mal, se ajusta al precio económico del hotel.

La higiene brilla por su ausencia. La ducha es pequeña e incómoda y en el lavabo hace un frío que mata.

La limpieza, y dos noches me quedé sin agua caliente en la mitad del baño, se ve que no está preparado para albergar tanta gente.

Lo único del hotel que no daba asco era la cocina. El desayuno era decente.

Me daba asco todo el hotel: duchas, baños, habitación... La cama estaba destrozada y no se podía dormir bien, se clavaban todos los muelles del colchón. Hacía mucho frío en la habitación. No recomiendo para nada este hostel.

Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas son bastante cómodas. El personal es muy agradable, cualquier cosa en la que puedan ayudarte se van a prestar. La cocina está disponible las 24 horas. El desayuno está genial y es variado. Está a un paro del metro de Earl's Court, en una zona magnífica. Wifi gratis que llega a todos los rincones con una señal estupenda.

Hay muy pocos baños y no están en las mejores condiciones. Por las noches nunca hay papel. Hay algún que otro ratoncillo. Las escaleras no son muy cómodas cuando vienes con mucho equipaje.

I have stayed in this hostel a few times. The location is very good, it is really close to the tube also. And it includes breakfast.

Unfortunately this time I have noticed that the hostel is not very well maintained. In my room the TV wasn't working, the heater also didn't work. Finally they charged me 2 pounds for each bag I left in custody for a few hours. This was something new and annoying.... It's a pity, I don't think I'll return.

It is terrible when the street is just out of the window.

Even though I booked a bed in a mixed bedroom, the receptionist upgraded it and gave me a bed in an all girls room with less people in it. Staff was very friendly and happy to help with everything.

Though it was not dirty, it could have been a bit cleaner

I liked the people I met and the fact that they offered an average breakfast. For their price in London, it's an advantage.

I've got there and I had paid for a 6 beds room, there were 8! One boy in my room told me the same situation, he also had paid for a 6 beds room, not 8! In my country, this is called fake advertisement, which is a crime and you pay for it!! Then the arrogant manager offered me to stay in the real room I had paid for, if I wanted to give him extra £10. Before getting into the dorm, he also lied to me telling me there were only boys in my room to try to scary me and make me pay extra money to stay in a girls' room and when I got there, there was another girl in my room. That's just ridiculous! The bed gave me back ache and I had to buy some medicine for it! I'm a thin woman and when you just sit or lay down, the "mattress" is compressed until the wood from which the bed is made of and you can feel every stick of it! I didn't see the room being cleaned at any time, just the common areas. And there's a fake stove that doesn't work, only a microwave and a smalll kitchen. In the morning, if you don't get up early, there's no space in the kitchen to have your breakfast and there are no other common areas, only the rooms. I've stayed in many hostels in Europe and this is one of the worst I had ever seen!

the staff and other guests were so friendly where as the the breakfast was so balanced. I dont think i can find a cheap place to stay in a city like London with out The Court Hostel.

Staff unprofessional about their job, room very dirty, room unkept, unsafe with naked wires in the room, broken heater laying around in the bedroom, no wardrobe in the room, very dirty arm chair in the room, just to mention a few...

The only thing in the room i liked was the good mattres... not even the bed. The breakfast was good food.. space to have it really uncomfortable... but not bad.

Room lousy space... dark and not nice to see. noisy of traffic.. during day.. but at night even more. not even a chair... using the bed as chair and a tiny cabinet as table was really not pleasent but doable...

Location is the only positive thing I can recall.

Manager wasn't honest when promised me one more night for the same price I paid for the 3 previous ones. When I sent to pay for the 4th night he put the price quite high saying that everywhere in London was fully booked. This is not my problem when you garantee a price and then charge me something else. Toilets/shower rooms always disgusting and smelly. Kitchen equally unpleasant. Furthermore, you pay for a 5 bed female room but the room has 6 beds and all of them occupied. Very dodgy, dishonest, really.

The location of this hostel is excellent, a short walk to the Earls Court metro station and to good restaurants and pubs.

I don't recommend this place. The staff is very unfriendly, uninterested and not helpful. The double room we had was extremely small, dirty (holes and cracks in the walls), a bed too small for two people, and we had bad wifi reception. The number of bathrooms/showers was insufficient: only two working bathrooms for the entire hostel. One was out of order. We often had to wait to shower or go to the bathroom. The room for the breakfast is also very small and dirty. There weren't enough chairs available so we often had to stand in the small breakfast room. The food wasn't good either E.G. few days old croissants.They make you pay up front for the whole stay, which isn't mentioned on booking.com. As a result we couldn't change hostels. Even for London standards, the price was way too high for the quality offered.
