Cheap for the area
Horrible smell in the building, mice traps spread on the floors, beds are small and backbreaking. Plaster is falling off the walls, our room was next to the bathrooms and we could always hear running water even when no one is in the bathroom.
Wi-fi connection, good location (about 2-3 minutes walk to first underground station)
Mattresses are old and uncomfortable, room is not isolated (it's cold), heating doesn't work, no electric heater, no daily room cleaning, very small kitchen/dining room, poor choice of food for breakfast.
Good value for money since it included breakfast and wi-fi. Quiet location.
Too small private room with not a single table or chair.
The bathroom and toilet are dirty. Heather is not working properly.
Free wifi and good location
Poor cleaning, mattress horrible and uncomcortable. Water of the shower cold. Common room very small (just 8-9 chairs about), shortly heating
The room was incredibly small, just the bed dimension. It was difficult to sleep because one could ear everithyng in the nearby rooms becuse of the paperthin walls. No hot water in the room and no possibility to turn on or off the heating system. The bed was relly unconfortable and the closet and night table were broken. The room and the bed seemed quite clean apart for the moquette on the flor, but the showers and toilet were scarying. The worst experience between all the one I ever did. We slepts in double rooms in hostels even in Edimburgh enad Barcellona and they were 100 imes better.
The mattresses feel like prison mattress. The bathrooms are mildew ridden and cramped. The rooms are small and you are packed like sardines.
Amazing location. 2 minutes from earl's court
Not very friendly staff, poor breakfast, kitchen closes at 12.00 a.m, no internet in rooms
Friendly and helpful staff They helped me change the noisy room Only good thing abt the hotel Close to subway
Old hotel, next to a bar so very noisy at night on weekend Poor breakfast Strange neighbourhood, price high for so little comfort
Location was excellent two mins from the tube station,
Room smelt disgusting, no toilet roll in the bathroom and mould on the roof and base of the bed in the room.
only good thing about this hotel was the area
Everything! This hotel was very very dirty we were unable to use the bathroom due to it being out of order when we tried to use another bathroom we were unable to use it due to pubic hair being in the shower and tiles and being very diry and smelly,There was also a lot of noise inside the hostel through the night,We had to go out and pay for breakfast in the morning as the kitchen was stinking dirty the coffee was rock hard the cereal was damp and there was no alternative,We also booked this hotel online for £58 as this option was to pay when we got there instead of paying on my card,I was asked to give my card details just for security reasons,When i got to the hotel the owner had taken the money off my card but if i wanted to pay on my card i could of done this online for £52.20,I was very dissapointed with this hotel and think i should recieve some form of compensation,I tried to bring this up with staff but thier english was very poor and they could not understand me very well and did not really care
Dirty and tiny place which did not deserve its price.
very good location. very worth money.
Facilities are not very good.
- it's unclean - staff isn't interested for guests - everyone can enter inside of the hostel - the lockers in the room are broken - the room is to small for 8 beds - the cleaning lady is loud and rude -
- Location - close to the underground station and to the city centre - comfortable bed - ok breakfast - free Wi-Fi available in the room
- Bathrooms could be cleaner - if you want to check out and leave the luggage, they'll charge you 2 GBP
the location is excellent and convenient
The shared toilet is with a bad smell
Price and Location
Mousetraps in the room.. Possible rat under the bed..
The distance from the underground station to the hostel was very close. There were grocery stores nearby. The staff was friendly.
The bathroom. The bed, too uncomfortable. The room was a bit cold. No plug near bed. Had to wear earplugs because of the noise both inside and outside the hostel. One could clearly hear when people were walking the stairs.
The guys from the reception are really nice, very friendly and helpful. The beds and bedsheets are clean and there are lockers for everyone in the bedroom. Only one person uses the bathroom at a time, which is good. Very, very close to Earls Court tube station, very handy if you arrive at Heathrow because you don't even have to change the line at the tube - Piccadilly line serves both.
Although private, there are only 2 bathrooms on each floor, which makes it almost impossible to keep them tidy... They try, and it's not horrible, but there could be some more - especially during the morning and late evening. Breakfast area could be bigger as well, and the kitchen should stay open all night, which doesn't happen.
There are not enough bathrooms for all the guests, every morning and evening we had to queue. Bathrooms are not really clean (and they cannot be) for this reason. There is not enough room in the kitchen, where breakfast takes place.
Location good, breakfast included which was a bonus, lots of restaurants, bars, shops amenities in area, good price for London
Window didn't close, rooms and bathrooms a bit grubby, mattress uncomfortable, they forgot to return my key deposit but they are trying to sort it out
Location is quite good, it is about 3 mins walking from hotel to underground station. And the staff is friendly.
the room is too small. the wifi is really really weak, you have to sit near the reception if you want to use the wifi.
The staff was realy friendly and responded to every demand I had. The hostel is realy in a good location, in a walking distance of center of London and almost next to the London Tube (underground train). The kitchen was OK and every morning everyone could have a fresh croisant, coffee, tea, toast, jelly breakfast.
First of all, the WiFi wasn't accessible all the time, they have an awkward setup, so that I couldn't log in with my Android device. Second thing were the showers. They were always wet, at least they could provide means for us to clean up. I was in a single room which was very smal, but they still could have put a light switch or a night light near the bed or a foldable table and chair.
