Decor, size, price, breakfast, sense of space, views, bathroom, provision of milk in fridge, comfort - especially bed, very comfortable, cleanliness and feeling of independence, proximity to amenities - all excellent. The club underneath our room. We were not warned about this. We were just revelling in how perfect it all was at such a great price when the racket started! It was too loud. it went on too late. I almost went down in my pjs to ask them to turn it down. It was a shame bbecause this spoilt an otherwise wonderful stay. |

Great location and furnishings etc in good condition as all is new. I rate lighting in rooms as poor .and not just as a result of energy efficient light bulbs. |

The service from staff is excelent. Due to late arrivel of taxi I arrived after 21.30 (closing time reception). Lady at the reception confirmed me, when I called her, that she would stay until I arrived. |

Clean and comfortable with good facilities - overall an excellent place to work and stay in No place to sit down apart from the sofa which was accompanied by a small coffee table - this was inconvenient for breakfast and for working on laptop, etc |

Great suite tastefully decorated and furnished, great location for an evening out in the city. Very much enjoyed our stay. There was music noise from a neighbouring social club which was very loud in our suite at the back of the building but this did stop at midnight and as we had been out most of the evening ourselves was not a problem to us. |

Clean and quiet Too many doors in each apartment and not enough lighting. There were five doors in a one bedroom apartment. Very low overhead lighting specially in bedroom |

The suites were clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. Good location for town. When we checked into room 108 there was a night club with a man singing (badly) below and it was if you were in the next room, we thought we would just grin an bear it but it was just too much - deafning! We asked to move room and the receptionist did so promptley. Our new room must of just been expecting a single person as there were only toiletries and towels for one and there were no breakfast gear at all. We said to the receptionist who arranged for us to have milk juice etc. A good hotel just make sure you don't book one of their superior executive suites around the 105-108 area on a sat or else you won't get any peace until early hours! |

Not enough storage space. No drawers for shirts. socks, underwear etc. No place for toiletries in the bathroom (no shelves). Social club in basement under hotel---very loud music until midnight on Saturdays. Poor insulation between floors. Continental breakfast a joke (old dried out croissants). |

The Suites were just off union street and made shopping easy. It was well stocked with tea and coffee etc and the facilities were good. The suites were set off the main road and the noise was very minimal. Overall we were very happy with my stay here. In the rooms the toilet door was a frosty glass and dint leave much privicy if needed. |

The receptionest was spectacular. Room was nice, clean. There was no elevator. The bathroom door was glass and there was a large gap when closed. Please replace with a real glass. |

Easy access to City Centre The web site did not give a choice of bed. When friends travel together they sometimes prefer a twin bed. |

I was really impressed with the Craibstone Suites. The lady on reception was super helpful. She even came out to meet me at my car to give me change for the parking meter! dont normally expect that in a hotel chain. The suite was really nice, with very modern decor and a very comfy bed. My only criticism was that there was no parking. You have to park in the street a five minute walk away to get the cheaper rate of £2.30 per hour. Maximum stay is 3 hours before 6pm, so I had to go back to the meter twice!!! Having siad that it wouldn't put me off staying again as the cost was really good compared to some of the quite frankly drab and overpriced hotels that Aberdeen has to offer. Its also 10secs away from the high Street!! An oven would be a good advantage |

The seperate kitchen (with good facilities) and living area was really nice, the shower was really powerful, the king sized bed.. Very close to union street, shops and pubs/clubs Our room was really warm and even with the windows open it was warm, but it was a hot summers night and airconditioning in scotland is rarely needed! |

Great for a weekend break to Aberdeen as very central although in a quiet location. Room excellent, comfortable and very self-contained, as breakfast is already provided, can have it when you want. Would be ideal for business accommodation. Staff very friendly and room pristine. Possibly more hangers in the closet but apart from that excellent, wouldn't change anything. |

very high standard in room, staff very helpfulland pleasent the windows in bedroom did not lock, i found this very dangerous as iwas staying with my 2 yr old son who is more than capable of opening them and falling out. the staff put in allen key as means to lock window which helped slightly. i would definetly return to hotel but definetly not to top floor with these windows. |
