good location nice breakfast friendly staff
tv buzzing very old and small heating inadequate even though a single room the double glazing pointless when you can see daylight very ill fitting . sink taps loose
Very friendly and clean great location
Very dated. Room too small for a family.
Being stuck in a "broom cupboard" !! The toilet being 6" from the shower. Fold up chair - necessary because the room was so small. No light over the wash basin; the main light in the room was a 25 watt bulb. (I know- I had to replace it myself). The "wardrobe" was a row of hooks on the wall, with a few wire coat hangers. The floorboards squealed anytime anybody on the whole 1st floor moved. Need I continue...?
Size of room was too small for a family of four also bathroom had mould on ceiling
Breakfast was amazing
very helpful staff an friendly excellent full breakfast cosy clean room clean shower toilet stair lift even though we did not need it location
breakfast. always fresh and hot staff always friendly.. cleanliness. I would recommend to my friends
sometimes opening and closing room door having arthritic hands proved to be a bit difficult at times. I had to pull door forward and turn key at the same time.
Very welcoming homely hotel.Food good
Staff responded when problem with tv and were generally pleasant.
Breakfast was terrible. It had obviously been cooked in advance and stood in grease for a while. Ingredients were not good, cheap white sliced bread and poor quality spread.
Friendley staff Great breakfast Comfy bed
Only bad thing was the checkin time
Bed was very very comfy didn't wake up during night at all. Breakfast was first class and the lady was very friendly and helpful. All extremely clean.
There was nothing I didn't like
not having fully checked details on booking details...was dissapointed on arrival to find could not get into room till 3pm
My room was very comfortable, the food was very good.
Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were good value for the money paid. The location was good only a few minutes walk from the town centre and seafront. The breakfast was superb and served quickly and the food was hot and fair quality for the price. There is a bar, a games room and a tv lounge. I will certainly re book on my next trip to Skeggy
stairlift, decoration brilliant, spacious, breakfast, on doorstep of Skegness amenities.tea making facilities in bedrooms.
bedroom window hard to open, tv not working in bedroom, told owner next morning, and tuning changed throughout country on 3/9. caused problem, Partner didn't like being called 'my dad', very rude comment
Our stay at Craigside Hotel was very pleasant. The owner was very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The only Negative was the Matress was a bit Lumpy. :)
Friendly staff, excellent stocked bar, tea and coffee facilities in room, superb breakfast.
Perfect location for us as close to town. The couple who run it were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful breakfast and excellent value for money.
being asked about how I wanted my cooked breakfast upon arrival, instead of just having a plate of whatever dumped in front of me. The games/reception room was good. staff were very helpful.
our room was unfortunately positioned near a fire door which was frequently slammed by other hotel guests. some of the décor/furniture was a bit out of date.
Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful
10 out of ten for breakfast
cobwebs in the loo which had no sink beds and floorboards creaked keeping you awake also water dripping outside also kept you awake tv not working and when I told the owner all she said was to wriggle the scart plug about n still didn't work properly door to the loo didn't close without scraping the floor carpet would not recommend to anyone
A little dated
