broken window that would not shut, no light bulb in lamp, only one large towel, but was amended after complaint,....but shouldn't have to complain should be normal housekeeping??? Breakfast was nearly cold, toast like rubber.
Clean, warm, good facilities, friendly staff, would stay again.
Could have had more tea, coffee in room,
nice and clean. Comfortable room and furnishings. Well maintained. Quiet location. Tasty cooked breakfast.
Some of the staff were a little brusque. The bed was very uncomfortable.
The location was ok
Breakfast left cooked at least 10 mins before serving we were shown to a room which could only be described as attic space we had to ask for another room which we got ok
Clean tidy room good location
No central heating was very cold on arrival, also paying to park on hotel carpark
New facilities, freshly decorated to a high standard.
Paying for parking.
Nice clean room, hot water and decent shower. ladies made me a takeaway sandwich for breakfast.
Heater not on when arrived late at night, so room cold. Paying extra to park.
Everything apart what we have raised
Poor location of shower controls and poor space between toilet and wash basin and main dining room felt cool in the mornings
Service was fantastic, large group of guys and we had a more than pleasant stay, would go again and recommend to anyone
Good location, really decent room for the price, friendly staff and a lovely sized room
I think the parking should be free
The hotel is in an ideal location, a couple of minutes walk from the BIC and not far from the sea front. It is comfortable and the staff were attentive and kind. Overall a good experience.
Appearance fresh clean.
Lack of sleep due to laundry equipment running through the night. Reception desk denied this took place throughout the night. The denial part really ruined the trip for me. Bit of honesty please.
I liked the staff and the ambiance of the hotel.
friendliness of staff and willlingness to help
Slight smell of damp in the room
the location was perfect the staff were wonderful and friendly very attentive
we had to have our bedsheets changed as soon as we got there!! Noisy at night due to late night clubbers, slamming doors, screaming we had the SMALLEST room in the building i think barley room to swing a cat
Everything was ok.
Decor, staff, cleanliness,
Unavailability of evening meal
Good distance to town to walk
We had no heating at all, the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't move rooms, it had rained all evening so we came back to a cold damp room with wet clothes and no way of getting remotely warm!!!
Smoke alarm covered Room smelt of smoke Air condition unit noisey charged £10 for dog and this was not told to us when we checked in Charged for car parking breakfast very poor and did not even know what a omelette was
Excellent night sleep very clean rooms have been recently refurnished room would stay again. Only downside was paying for parking but £3.50 fir a day so not too bad.
I booked additional nights. I was charged for a triple room when I was in a double. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! COMPLETE DISHONESTY!!
You get what you pay for..
It was fairly clean, nice white towels
We had a twin room and my bed had a big dip in the middle, I complained about it when we booked out
The sheets on bed were nice and clean!
There were odd bits of carpet all over top floor. We had a tiny room you could just about get round the bed. They charged us £3.50 for car parking in hotel grounds which we didn't use as completely full. Still waiting for refund. They have taken payment for our stay and there is another payment pending on my account for 4 days from initial booking??! Have emailed them but no response. Paid £49 for one night and would not go there again. Stayed next two nights in Premier Inn for £64 and was excellent!
The breakfast - well worth the money.
The ensuite - the door wouldn't shut but that didn't matter because you couldn't sit on the loo and shut the door anyway. OK, it was a single room but the shower, basin and toilet were all crammed into a very small space.
Close to amenities
The wardrobe right in front of the door made it bit hard to get in room! 2 teabags! Hard to fill kettle up in sink and no socket at desk to plug it into! !
