Score from 260 reviews Good
friendly, polite and helpful staff location and parking facilities good 'dog friendly' hotel
quality of bed linen especially the mattress protectors ripped, need renewing. not enough tea bags/coffee in room no scrambled egg on the breakfast menu
Pay parking steps entrance
Clean and nice decor
Staff especially the scruffy man with glasses. Far too expensive and would not go again
Room was smart, clean and comfortable. Price was good, and was very convenient - only 15 minutes walk from the city centre, 10 minutes from the pier.
Had to pay to park the car in the hotel carpark, and had to pay to use the WiFi.
close to pier and center, clean, nice staff breakfast ok
room was bit hot, air con didn't work, no free wifi or free parking
Location. helpful staff accommodation
not being able to stay longer
Good location with easy access to shops and seafront. Breakfast included and good quality.
Parking very difficult, beds uncomfortable, room not completely clean
location and parking good thanks !!
Location is ok.
Noisy electrical plant spoilt our nights sleep.
Location - close to beach & centre
Food - breakfast was really poor quality Sound proofing - non existent - ground floor room very noisy due to groups of youngsters there to party Generally basic - beds made in a poor fashion - hot due to plastic sheets (I guess due to stags & hens needing them on beds) - no valance sheets so 'bare' bed bases look scruffy Rooms are a tight squeeze for families - extra bed squeezed into triple room Overpriced - as stated, breakfast is very poor compared to other places. Not recommended for families or couples really - best for singles or business stays wanting cheap accom
We love the breakfast,it was very good.
The shower curtains in our room kept fulling off, with water all over the floor, the bed was not good as well,we get up with body pains, shower mats will be use full in some rooms, thanks
Expensive for the facilities offered, a bit tired
It wasn't as I was expected for that price with no parking and wifi incoulde in price.
Everything was not right from start.
We all liked the breakfasts
The rather cramped bathrooms
The bathroom was filthy, spider webs in the room, uncomfortable bed, uncaring staff, no parking, broken curtain clips. Even after complaining three times, nothing was fixed or cleaned. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The convenience of the beach and the town centre
Staffs attitude. Cleanliness of the room
Breakfast was good value.
Noisy with poor sound insulation between floors. Smokers hanging out the windows and stinking out the corridors. No safe location for bicycles. Duvee cover was stained and interior tired.
Accidentally activating the child lock on the door. It would have been nice to be told as in case of a fire they would not be able to get out.
Attitude of staff No Lift Very tight parking Room décor and facilities in need of refurbishment
2 minutes walk to beach but away from noise. Very Large Family Room. 2 Double Beds with lots of space in the room. Very clean and newly redecorated Modern but homely feel
The positioning of the toilet in the ensuite doesn't give much legroom despite the bathroom being of a good sizw
We liked the location about 10 mins from from beach and 15 mins from shops walking. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Nice comfortable beds. Good value for money.
Air conditioning not working but I would be happy if there was a ceiling fan to have on at night when it is warmer then usual. Tea bags were loose so unhygienic and not so fresh and only one per person per day. There was a lot of dust around. Lift not working which is ok unless your on second floor with a heavy suitcase.
When I left the hotel and promised myself never to go back.
The hotel was old, run down, dirty, breakfast was lowest quality every, no shampoo in room, lift was not working, hidden additional charges, the hotel lights beamed in all night, one of the beds was broken, hotel felt like a fire hazzard, floors were uneven, many insects in the room. Very expensive and will never go back or recommend.
Very friendly staff , good location to town beaches, would stay again if going to Bournemouth .
