Staff were always polite and helpful. The walls and floors creaked a bit too much, there was no bath mat and there could have been a bit more choice at brakfast. |

The bar and lounge area were attractive. It was in a good location close to the cliff top. Away from the reception area it was very shoddy. Our room was poorly maintained and extremely shabby. It was certainly not what we would have expected for the price. |

My partner was bitten by fleas in the room, it was cramped, decor - plaster coming off the wall - damp. Needless to say we booked out after one night and cut our losses. Not recommended. |

Your website states Free Parking and I was charged £3.50 to park! My daughter's and her friend's room was not the cleanest or most desirable of Rooms! Very basic decoration, broken window that didn't shut! Appeared to be a very bad overflow room!!!! Won't be returning! Charged a large admin fee for return of a Mobile Phone that was left behind. Fortunately the show Ice Show at the BIC we attended was excellent!!! Shame the hotel didn't reach the same standard. |

The only thing I could say I liked, was the breakfast. It stated in the hotel description that it had been recently refurbished, I did not find anything remotely like that with my room, the bed was so uncomfortable, there was no headboard, the window catch was broken, the lampshade was falling to bits, the drawers fell apart in my hand upon opening and it was completely devoid of colour. |

The staff were very friendly, polite and efficient. Breakfast provision was excellent. Having to pay to park in the hotel was unexpected (although we paid gladly for a space!!). Our room was very, very small and the windows would be drafty in the winter time. |

Staff were friendly and helpful, decent breakfast, comfortable room, good location on bus routes to Sandbanks and into town and to the railway station, although do read the us timetables as they do not come every ten minutes. It is a niggle, but if I were someone who liked a dark bedroom then lined curtains would be an improvement, but as I can sleep anywhere it is not a personal complaint. A remote for the TV might have been useful, but I didn't ask and they may have been available at reception.People do, after all nick them. But given the overall standard one would have been nice. |

The breakfast was well presented and the breakfast room was nice, plus the staff serving were lovely. There was a nice lady waiting on the tables bringing toast who talked to my 5 year old son. The double room we were staying in was rather small. The hotel had a slight musty smell about it you noticed this when you walked in. There were groups of youngsters on stag or hen do's that woke is up at 1am and then again at 4.30 am,making alot of noise in the next room, which isn't good when you have young children.I know this isn't the hotel's fault but they need to be careful how close they put other guests to these bookings. For these reasons the experience was not value for money. |

It served our needs but was very noisy at night doe to other guests coming in at 4am/5am Very noisy at night when guests came back after night club visit 4am/5am also we thought that a parking £3.50 per day was expensive |

Night porter made coming home early in the morning no problem. Staff trying to charge us £10 per room for being 20 mins late checking out. Totally unnecessary |

Leaving it. This hotel is a shabby b+B. The owner/manager was curt and not at all friendly and the overall appearance of the hotel is very rundown, our hearts sank when we saw it. The rooms booked lived up to our initial impressions of the hotel. They were very small and insecure as the locks on the doors to the two rooms we had booked had clearly been forced at some point and then very badly repaired so that our room door rattled in the frame there was so much play in the lock. Inside the rooms was no better, the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced, clearly years old and worn out- like the hotel. The bed covers were stained and the tiny portable tv didn't work properly. Not a 3 star- awful place. |
