Decor, staff, cleanliness,
Unavailability of evening meal
Smoke alarm covered Room smelt of smoke Air condition unit noisey charged £10 for dog and this was not told to us when we checked in Charged for car parking breakfast very poor and did not even know what a omelette was
Excellent night sleep very clean rooms have been recently refurnished room would stay again. Only downside was paying for parking but £3.50 fir a day so not too bad.
I booked additional nights. I was charged for a triple room when I was in a double. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! COMPLETE DISHONESTY!!
You get what you pay for..
It was fairly clean, nice white towels
We had a twin room and my bed had a big dip in the middle, I complained about it when we booked out
The sheets on bed were nice and clean!
There were odd bits of carpet all over top floor. We had a tiny room you could just about get round the bed. They charged us £3.50 for car parking in hotel grounds which we didn't use as completely full. Still waiting for refund. They have taken payment for our stay and there is another payment pending on my account for 4 days from initial booking??! Have emailed them but no response. Paid £49 for one night and would not go there again. Stayed next two nights in Premier Inn for £64 and was excellent!
The breakfast - well worth the money.
The ensuite - the door wouldn't shut but that didn't matter because you couldn't sit on the loo and shut the door anyway. OK, it was a single room but the shower, basin and toilet were all crammed into a very small space.
Close to amenities
The wardrobe right in front of the door made it bit hard to get in room! 2 teabags! Hard to fill kettle up in sink and no socket at desk to plug it into! !
Location, near to work. Breakfast, a lot of beans. Bedroom, extremely clean So well carpeted in the hallway, it was totally sound absorbent (and a good nights sleep).
The room was a bit cold when I arrived. I could not get the air con heating to blow warm. I was so tired I could not be bothered to mention this to the staff so got under the covers (and had a brilliant nights sleep, probably as it was not overheated).
Was waiting for my key on a couple of times despite reception being 24 hours, bathroom wasn't very clean
Location was central to town and facilities Room was adequate and for a single had a double shower-bonus! Value for money-only £30 for night including breakfast with a special deal!
Could have done with a chair for access to laptop on table rather than bed. More fruit at breakfast would have been nice but nit-picking a bit.
Price Staff on duty was polite
Pay for parking Moved to a room that was not as comfortable after complaining about a smoky room.
Kind staff nice rooms
The added charges for parking after your stay!
Near Bournemouth centre Good bus routes Car safe
Bed not particularly comfortable One of receptionists not friendly
Our stay was just right - easy to book - easy check in - easy payment - 10 out of 10
Good value for money for one nights stay.
Wifi did not work, apparently the room was too far away to connect to the internet. Single duvet cover with half the duvet missing!
Horrendous hotel. Bath so close to toilet you couldn't sit on it. Stud walls in room meant you can hear everything from the next room. Drunk guests singing from 2am to 3.30am keeping children awake. The not bothered attitude of reg at reception. Not being able to talk to anyone in charge because it was half term .... Apparent it's obvious at this time no one is available! Booking.com for being useless in resolving issue. Checking out after one night and getting charged for two!
good price. no complaints. j mc govern glasgow
Comfortable beds. Breakfast
Walls in room were dirty and could do with re- painting. Restaurant staff had little English.
the bar was very comfortable, and the service was there when needed it,
as i enjoy a nice pint of draught beer at the end of the day i was disappointed to discover the hotel had no draught, so to ease the pain of it i decided to have a whisky, only to be charged £1.70 for a 25ml.measure needless to say that was the first and last drink i bought.
The hotel was excellent value, in a good position for beaches and town centre. The staff were very polite and accomodating. The small bar was very cosy. The room was nicely decorated, very clean and well equiped. I would happily recommend this hotel to my friends.
Not a lot of 'on site' parking. We had to park on the street nearbye. Not a huge problem though.
location was good breakfast was good
bed was hard and lumpey and no protecters on matteres or pillows so hard to sleep
The rooms are too small. Impersonal service. No flexibility on breakfast price; 4.95 for a bowl of cereal! . As guest I don't expect to pay for car parking. I will not use this hotel again and can not recomend. Not up to basic European standards.
Shower , hot water,comfortable matress
Noisy road, small bathroom (too cramped and noisy extraction fan) Tv placed in a bad position (should be in corner). Only Duvet no blanket. Green night light in ceiling too bright. Lift not working,no offer to help carry luggage upstairs to room.
Really nothing /:
The staff wasn't that friendly with us, which I really hate moreover i asked for extra blanket and they didn't have. And also the breakfast finished at 9 am. Bad experience about this hotel
