The staff are brilliant
The bed was a bit u comfy, and one flat pillow each, need to double up, stayed in room 202
Pets allowed Location is gleaming right near the beach and a five minute walk to restaurants and bars. People are friendly enough.
We've stayed here before a few times before but the Room we had this time was a bit small especially with my dog. The security check with your bank card says that they only take 1p but actually take the full price for room but not the extras for dog and parking. Parking is £3.50 per day which is a decent price but should parking really be charged for people staying at the hotel?
Booked as a girls night out in Bournemouth. Family room with 4 single beds for £80.00 including breakfast and only a few mins in a taxi to the clubs and beachfront. Pleasantly surprised on arrival, clean well presented hotel. Room was big enough for us all to get ready in, with a dressing table too.
You have to pay extra for parking - it is a small fee, however most hotels include parking.
Room was nice, clean, inexpensive and a good size for three adults. There was also tea and coffee making facilities.
Breakfast stopped at 9.30am Not happy. Also not enough car parking spaces.
Well thought out and pleasant room furnishing
A very cold welcome when arriving late. Went down for breakfast just after nine am to find last serving was 9am. Manager told us, smugly, that breakfast time ends at nine, and that this information is posted on the back of the room door. Strangely, late the previous night, I hadn't studied the back of my room door. The unwelcoming night porter should have told us about the early finish (for a holiday location) of breakfast. No effort was made to help us.
That the room was comfortable and warm and the location excellent.
Fella was ironing in the front lobby as we were having a drink.

We (my fiancé and I) stayed here during Christmas with my father. I requested a nice, quiet room for him, which he got upon arrival, which was great (room 217). We noticed the difference when we checked in ourselves, as our room was a lot smaller (room 216)! Since we were spending lots of time outside the hotel with family, the hotel was perfect for what we needed: a bed, good night's sleep and a hot shower in the morning. Great value for money!
Nowadays, WiFi is free in most of the hotels we visit, so having to pay for it was something that we didn't want to do during our visit. Although our rooms were recently refurbished, there were still some things that needed a bit of work (bathroom floor etc).
room 310, had to go down 7 spiral steps inside the room, beds were substandard and creaked, they were metal divans with dreadful old mattresses. The bed linen was tired and old and needed replacing. There were two very noisy generators/machines outside the window. Bathroom basin had no plug. We asked to be moved, the room 104 had better beds but could not shut the fanlight window and had to plug it with a towel as temp outside was minus 2 at night. Very noisy young people next door constantly banging their door. Reception staff most unwelcoming. Overcharged bill but queried it before putting PIN number in and it was corrected. Breakfast poor, no croissants etc at all, staff in there were pleasant. Hotel cold, no radiators, only blow heaters on the ceiling which took hours to warm the room. Will stick to Premier Lodge in future.
broken window that would not shut, no light bulb in lamp, only one large towel, but was amended after complaint,....but shouldn't have to complain should be normal housekeeping??? Breakfast was nearly cold, toast like rubber.
Clean, warm, good facilities, friendly staff, would stay again.
Could have had more tea, coffee in room,
nice and clean. Comfortable room and furnishings. Well maintained. Quiet location. Tasty cooked breakfast.
Some of the staff were a little brusque. The bed was very uncomfortable.
The location was ok
Breakfast left cooked at least 10 mins before serving we were shown to a room which could only be described as attic space we had to ask for another room which we got ok
Clean tidy room good location
No central heating was very cold on arrival, also paying to park on hotel carpark
New facilities, freshly decorated to a high standard.
Paying for parking.
Nice clean room, hot water and decent shower. ladies made me a takeaway sandwich for breakfast.
Heater not on when arrived late at night, so room cold. Paying extra to park.
Everything apart what we have raised
Poor location of shower controls and poor space between toilet and wash basin and main dining room felt cool in the mornings
