Excellent value for Money, great location with Parking, Good breakfast. Will book again!

bit of a "Rabbit warren" to get to rooms but is not a real issue Wifi didn't connect

The efficient manner with which they dealt with the problem we had when we arrived and their attitude to settling the bill at the end of our stay. the problem arose when they had no knowledge of our booking through booking.com but set about finding us a room without any fuss whatsoever and at the end of the stay (only one night) they offered a discount for the inconvenience.

When I arrived I didn't realise they don't do food on Fridays. However the manager made me a meal and brought it along with a drink to my room. Couldn't of been more helpful.

its a few years since I stayed here and the standard was as high as 7 years ago. The rooms out the back are brilliant and good vfm

No food served in evening (although lots of restaurants close by), reception often unattended, difficult to find car parking

Extremely helpful, co-operative staff. Very approachable. I had to ask them to change the duck feather quilt to a non allergic one and they vey considerately changed the quilt cover too. Happy friendly staff at breakfast - always nice! Plenty of milk in the room!

Although the room was clean, warm and comfortable, the decor was a little shabby. A few damp patches on ceiling, dripping shower head, a few loose tiles.

The room was warm, the bed really comfy with lovely linen, very quiet too, never heard anyone/thing!!

The room was soo warm that the milk on the tea tray was off! (It was in date) Decor could do with a bit of updating.

The Location and the proximity to Tatton Park Breakfast was very good and filling.

Friendly and accommodating as we needed late checout which was no problem at all. Lovely cosy room with modernized furnishings. Stayed at few different pub/inns in Knutsford and this is now my favourite.

Couldn't get kettle to work but never made it to reception to ask so my fault.

Main shopping street location.

Other than bedroom, it was the bar (public house), or going elsewhere. Several facilities were in a state of disrepair, and we had to change rooms due to the toilet failing to flush.

Price; very good breakfast; staff friendly

the staff were lovely very helpful, the breakfast was spot on hot and tasty well cooked, the crosskeys is very central and ideal for shopping and eating The towels were wjite but quite, thin. the sheets on the bed were crisp and clean, however I would suggest that the mattress on the bed had seen better days and needs replacing.The bathroom although serviceible could do with an overhaul..

the crosskeys is looking tired and really could do with some updating, sadly its decoration is really outdated and lets the whole experience down,
