Quiet spot with no disturbances Really friendly staff
Banged my head on very low beam at bottom of stairs!
Friendly staff very clean and comfy . Excellent breakfast.
It was no longer a pub for locals, just a b and b which is sad.
the accommodation, service and food could not be faulted
the fact that it was no longer trading as an inn and no general public as customers left a feeling ofemptiness i.e no pub atmosphere and characterless
We arrived early as we had to change for a function and staff prepared the room quickly, arranged a taxi and even provided a sandwich lunch in our room. Excellent service. The full English breakfast was good too.
