It was heavily under construction during my stay so there was no running water in the shared bathroom aka no shower or toilette! The staff wasn't very friendly and just the fact nothing works in the house at least not at the moment.

The location was excellent for our purposes. It was as clean as it possibly could be but not quite to my standards. However, it's target market of customers seemed to be people staying for nights out and parties and if you are staying for this purpose it would be very agreeable.

The best thing about our stay at the crown & anchor was the full cooked English breakfast . Unfortunatley the post code given for this b&b was un recognised which made it difficult to find by car, also it was not mentioned that there was car parking fees to pay as additional . Was not pleased with the professionalism of the staff, sat in pj's & discussing my personal details in the bar area ... Not impressed!

Great location, staff are really friendly. Breakfast is also good, standard choice of full english, cereals etc. We weren't in the room much but found it did the job, and bathroom is shared though we were prepared for it and wasn't as hectic sharing with other guests as we'd expected. Worthwhile if you're on a budget.

I thought it excellent value for money. The room I stayed in was clean and well presented on arrival Nice and welcoming with all facilities working. Although it did not have en-suite facility the bathroom was spotless and of a high standard. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast excellent. In general it was a comfortable stay and I would use it again and recommend it. I really could not complain about anything. A very pleasant stay.

The staff were pleasant, bathroom was clean and breakfast was great. The room could have been a little cleaner, but for a one-night stay in the City centre it did the job.

Friendly staff, perfect location near Piccadilly station and for our night out. No toilets in the room - but this was no bother as b&b was fully booked and we never had to wait for a spare toilet.

Breakfast was good - We Occupied 3 rooms - and not one of us had more than 3-4 hours sleep - went there knowing it was a pub and there would be Noise, but did not realise that it would be until 4pm when the people falling on our bedroom doors screeching at each other and being sick in the Bathroom would finally succumb and go to bed. Rooms very tired, Blinds did not work - had to put Makeup on in the corridor because there was no Mirror in the room ..

Location to city centre Rooms dated. The pub is right next door to a night club so very very very noisy most of the night (3-4am) the rooms were so hot (which will be great for winter not summer)
