The Crown Hotel  

Sadly upon arriving at the hotel I discovered that it was closed due to going into administration. Booking.com did not help my predicament despite my enquiry 24 hours earlier. I am trying to get my 50% deposit but am having very little success.

Just one word.--- Everything!!!

Just one thing--- My wife would have liked a mirror which was a liitle bit higher when using the hairdryer.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Pool was great for the kids. Close to town and beach. Perfectly cooked breakfasts.

Could have done with separate towels for the pool. Its has a little damp in places and is a little dated but we found this an endearing quality.

It was very friendly and like home from home the staff were friendly and the breakfast was fab very clean warm and everything you needed

The only thing we didn't like was we was in a room above the function room were there was a party on so it was loud music floor shaking and not enjoyable wen going for a rest away from every day stresses and strains , I think if there's a party booked thn they should ask people who book a room if going to the party as wouldn't make a difference to thm as music be finished wen they go to bed or not let it in first place

Rooms outdated, walls falling apart. Not nice at all.

This is our second time at this hotel and we find it quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent also the staff service is second to none. Also good parking facilities.

Easy access to Seacroft Golf Course.

Ready for a lick of paint and updating in the bathroom.

There was a lift and swimming pool with bar and food available . In very quite area Nice staff

Smell of cats when you first walked in,but no were else was there evidence of them. they weren't any bother and never saw them wondering around just in reception . Lack of heating in rooms Bit dated in rooms could do with a revamp but these things cost money. Blankets

Walls very thin meaning that you could hear a pin drop in next room.

Large bedroom and bathroom.breakfast was excellent.4 Of us have booked the dinner dance package on new years eve.

Pillows need replacing in 108.tv too small.

Very nice accommodation and location. Food was great and the hotel is well kept and maintained.

We arrived on a foggy late October day to find excellent parking, the hotel seemed warm and the staff welcoming. Our room too was warm, bed comfortable and had everything we needed. The tea making facility was appreciated after a long, foggy drive from Nottingham. We had a bar snack which was lovely. Breakfast very good.

Although the television in the bar was excellent, the one in our bedroom seemed limited in number of channels we could access.

the hotel was clean & comfortable. the breakfast was excellent. A family run hotel where everyone was friendly & helpful. will definetly be staying there again .

Comfortable and friendly staff.

No biscuits in the room.

We enjoyed our stay but found it a it inconvenient that the busses stopped running so early past the hotel, we did not want to take the car into Skegness at night so stayed in the hotel although we did find the food excellent and good value for money. Though the bedroom was clean and comfortable the decor is a bit worn and dreary and in need of a facelift the rest of the hotel was very nice especially the bar area and the staff were all very pleasant.

good location for us away from the town but within easy reach,good parking very good room food exellent and staff great,ab'solutely no complaints.

its close to many attractions, very friendly relaxed atmosphere, all staff very helpfull, we all loved it there would most certainly stay again.
